OKAMI Wagga Wagga

Started well, but then we just didn’t get any meals. Only one serve of our mains came in the two hour window. Ordering from the phone app is terrible. Need more staff on the floor. We eat there often and this was the worst experience.

Absolutely amazing food. It was our early Christmas lunch and we all left very satisfied and very happy. They have a new system with a QR code to order, but we like the old way with the Lady taking our order on the iPad. The customer service is fantastic. Thank you Okami 🍽️🎄

Amazing food. The all you can eat option is amazing as u can choose what u want off the menu. Great friendly service and the robot that delivers your food was a great, fun touch.

The food was yum, and the ordering system was easy to use.

We arrived later than expected for the booking but staff were very accommodating.

It was a little loud and busy, however our food came out quickly and our waitress was very helpful.

The restaurant was fairly quiet and food tasted very fresh.

I don’t get to Wagga often but when I do, I come to Okami. Staff are quick and friendly and the food is always delicious.

The meals were slow in coming out. 2 dishes missed altogether until we asked for them 3 times. The beef was dry and cold. The egg plant salad had no salad, just a slice of egg plant. The tempura was barely warm when served to our table. It was not up to the standard of our previous visits.

Shared 23 plates between 3 people, food was pretty good but not amazing. I found that the first round of plates that came out were cooked well, the second round of plates the beef was over cooked so it was very tough to chew. Service was slow when we first arrived but it improved later on and any time I picked up the menu a ninja staff member would appear from out of no where to see if we wanted any more dishes. Not impressed with the credit card surcharge as it is above the RBA's recommended surcharge limit, will pay cash if I come back again.

Pretty good service. Wish there was a button to press for assistance and the robot seemed to be confusing to some customers. The beef was a bit tough and some dishes were slightly undercooked. However, this is still one of the best restaurants in wagga. Super thrilled to dine here! We absolutely loved the vegetable gyoza and potato croquettes. Perhaps the dining experience would be even more enjoyable with a larger selection of desserts or a soft serve ice cream bar. Overall quite lovely and not hindered by some small hiccups.
