Food is variety and served by a robot. Kids loved it.

Great tasting food. Came with the family and we all had a great time.

BYO - yet the corkage was $10 a bottle. I found a lot of the food was somewhat bland and comparable to your typical shopping mall sushi shop.

Food was delicious and fresh, however drinks took a long time to come and when requested service through the table number flag, was left sitting for 10 minutes until decided not to call for service. It was a busy night so the wait time for food was surprisingly fast

I recently dined at Okami in Wagga Wagga and had a mixed experience. The food was pretty good, with a variety of options that were enjoyable. However, getting service was challenging; it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. The rib-it waiter was a novelty, but it was impractical as it often landed too far from our table, requiring us to get up to retrieve our dishes. The food was served slowly, which made it hard to fully enjoy the 1.5-hour time slot. This delay impacted the overall value for money, as we couldn’t try as many dishes as we wanted. The atmosphere was okay, but the slow service and rib-it waiter issues were significant drawbacks.

The service was fantastic. Everything was explained well - server was very friendly and this helped the experience. My autistic son was not keen on the experience but the server was super kind and offered alternatives to assist him. The food - wow, very very good. Quick and fresh, beautifully presented.

Service was poor, but staff were working extraordinarily hard, just not enough staff.

Would be nice to be served by a person & not via a mobile phone ordering system. Plus the BellaBot is unable to access all the tables which is what our kids were looking forward to having bring us our food like last time we went. Will be a while before we go back again unfortunately.

Everything was great, service, staff and food all great. We personally feel we were a bit close to the table next to us however understand this is needed for maximum customer levels. We just enjoy a bit more privacy.

Delicious food. Friendly staff who were very helpful in explaining Okami's different ordering styles. I will mention that some of the food is delivered by a robotic cart, and some of the ordering is encouraged to be via QR code. Be aware of that in advance if that is likely to bother you. Slightly loud, but a nice atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant first dining-in experience.

It is a great place for a beautiful meal. Staff are all friendly and helpful . Lovely smiles. The food is absolutely delicious. The noise level was a bit annoying but it was very busy for Mother's Day

Food was amazing and service was great! Unfortunately it was just so busy that there was long delays between our meals, which meant we were there longer than we anticipated. Staff were attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed our Mother’s Day meal and thought the rose and card were a beautiful touch. Will be back.

Attended for lunch on Mothers day food was great, fresh and tasty with a good selection. Ordering via QR code made it simple and very speedy service.

Food tastes amazing and was served up quickly considering how busy it is. QR system a little bit clunky and not sure on sizes of serves before receiving. Allowance made for pram at table as well.

Very good food Very busy restaurant great service the drinks lady was my only complaint but you can please some of the people some of the time you can't please all the people all of the time we had a great time all 6 of us my 3rd time there

Great food with short wait times, staff all very friendly. Hard to get staffs attention when needed because it was so busy. Would be good to have some way of saying table service was required.

Staff were always checking to see if our orders had arrived. Friendly and welcoming. Food was quick to be served and amazing.

The food is great staff are lovely. I really don’t like the new ordering system. It did work on my phone and took too long. Otherwise a really good experience.

This was our first visit to okami. We didn't know how to order ,no staff were available to help. Once we worked it out the qr code failed to send the order. Staff weren't helpful when we found someone. Eventually got the order through but waited 40mins for drinks even though it wasn't busy. A few hiccups with the order's. Food was great but service and communication were disappointing.

Really enjoyed the night. It was my husbands birthday. Perfect place to go. We liked the new ordering through the QR code and the mocktails.

Still would like a physical menu so everyone doesnt have to share one device and wait to see the menu. A tablet would be appropriate to bigger groups and for those with out phones. Overall highly enjoyed food, service and wait times . Will be back
