Food was ok. The chicken katsu was slightly burned. Once they decide you have had enough the food takes a veeerrryyyyy long time to come to the table. Also they have clumsy kitchen staff, there was terrible noises coming from the BOH. Staff were all very lovely though

Absolute cracker night, took my wife and my dad and three kids. Staff super friendly and helpful. Food was cooked to order and super fresh. And on the way out the staff gave my kids a little toy. Cannot fault this place will definitely be back

We walked in with a bottle of wine and the female waiter said she would bring an ice bucket and 2 glasses. She never did and I had to help myself to 2 glasses. We did not pay corkage as a result. The restaurant was too crammed in and busy. The wait times were long and one or our ordered dishes did not come out. On a positive, the food that we received was of good quality and staff did their best under the busy circumstances. Perhaps, more of a management problem.

It was a while before we got our food but it was nice

It was very easy to book our table, making our dining experience better.

Service was great Good was average I asked for a take away container for the food my son had as he is a slow eater and only had one piece of the plate of karate chicken so we could eat it at home. I was denied. I can see both sides of the story as people over to take food home, but this is not the case in our point.

It’s Very busy night, wait for more than ten minutes to get seated. It’s very smoky where we seated. The taste of the food in general is very good, and service was good too.

Food and service were great! Our table was very wobbly and the soy sauce dispenser was broken and made a bit of a mess on the table.

Very quick service. Was the first time I have used the app to order the food, so a tip for the future is to order the wasabi and pickled ginger first on your order, as the food is delivered in exactly the order it is submitted electronically. With the wasabi being well down on the actual menu, if you order it when you would naturally come to it on the list, you will be getting it after you have finished your entrees and mains. So not really a complaint as such, just a procedural problem.
