we've been to the same branch more than 10x now. we still love it!!

Food quality below average, will be acceptable if 50% of the price.

i havent been there for 5 months then everything was change it price is increasing less food on every plates and taking order waiting longer

Good quality meat and sashimi our go to place for Japanese

When we ordered the sashimi, only the first serve was good. The serves after that was with smaller amount and waiting time was longer. When we ordered the ice cream, we were told by the girl that we cannot order ice cream anymore as we have ordered too much. What??? Couldn’t understand why ALL-CAN-EAT restaurant staff said that. After I explained we only ordered 2 vanille ice cream so far as the other staff ordered the wrong amount. Her attitude was not nice or friendly. It was terrible experience. Only try once and no more. Very disappointing. Really cannot understand ALL-CAN-EAT has limited orders.

It was our second visit at Okami Silverwater and it didn't disappoint. Prompt service, accommodating staff! Will be back again.

Better than last time. Staff were still super busy to take your orders but they did so without questioning your decisions like last time when they told you to wait when you tried to order more food as small portions came out slowly.

Horrible, there was only one nice worker there but everyone else had been displaying rude behaviour that we were faced with, plus very slow service when we only get two hours to eat but realistically we only got 10 minutes worth of food, they would take our order and not come back we were waiting half an hour for food each time and they gave us really small portions for three and as it was my parents anniversary they weren't happy with this experience.

Th food was ok, but we had a party of 15 and I think the staff found it a bit overwhelming. They weren’t very friendly and it was really hard to understand them with the face masks and blasting music. The concept is ok but, when you order mains it should be per individual, not to share per table. The service was very messy and trying to pay the bill was impossible, waited over 30 min as 3 people were complaining and questioning their bill.

Great food and service, would make the trip again to another great night.

Service was appalling, after waiting for for 20minutes , we had to wave and call them to come over to take our first order. There was alot of food that didn't arrived as well.

Really nice food, bit of trouble trying to track down the waiters/waitresses and they forgot one item. But, being all you can eat it was no issue. Would recommend.

Some items are good value but the servers put a limit to how much you can order at a time, saying that's probably enough but the plates that come out are small. You also wait a while before the food comes out so it's difficult to get full. There weren't enough servers for what seemed like a busy Thursday night so you also have to fight to get the servers' attention to order more food.

It was great again. That was my second time visit with my friends, but our table was too small to accommodate six people which made us uncomfortable while eating delicious foods.

Most of foods were overcooked or dried it seem to be some foods left from the previous day.

Friendly environment, food is yummy the staff are very polite and very nice.

Its value for money. The food selection is standard but if you go with the hungry teenage boy, I would say this is worth it….

It's good value for the price you pay, food tasted good, nothing amazing but definitely not bad either. Wait staff looked under the pump though, and it was very hard to get their attention to order things, but at least food didn't take ages to come out so that was good.
