I have been many times, decided to bring new people that have not been before, they all loved it, food was great as always

food is ok but the sushi took so long to servers.

Great place to eat at, although some items were not served/forgotten about.

A quick service. Food was very fresh. Waitresses were attentive.

Felt little bit squished in the restaurant food was great though

Staff ignored the customers when we want to order. It takes too long for waiting food considering to Okami in Penrith. I feel like they try to limit to provide services.

Okami was good. Staff is very friendly and food was Good.

Enjoyed the food so much. I think it's good value as we get to taste every thing that we like. The only thing is there isn't much choices on dessert.

Good was great as always, however one waitress was rude and shook her head every time we ordered. She insisted on limiting what we wanted order and slammed plates down on table to show her disapproval. We felt very uncomfortable and like we were a burden. I’m not sure I will come Back to the Silverwater store again even though we have made many visits in the last 6 months

I was disappointed because I had high expectations. They need to have more staff. The food was just okay.

Food as expected wasnt too great. We were expecting more of Japansse styled food but honestly Japanese food is more fresh and tasty.

We go there many times.always have good food and good service.

All you can eat is often worth trying because of value for money. However we found that they are best with cooked dishes in general. If you like Sushi, sashimi or tempura, this is not the place (neither variety nor quality) to satisfy you. Service is good in general and delivery time is reasonable depending on what you order. The ice cream are great, make sure you try them all.

There are not many choices of dishes and the taste is salty.

first time i visit service very good .but secon time very bad .i order 3 bring 2 .then i order again .2 bring 1 .may be a beef experience. so they no bring 2 .and i order other .they bring 1 and orther

The food at Okami is of great quality, and the variety of options on the menu means there are favourite dishes for everyone.

Food was very good and fresh. Group of 5 were very happy. Needs more staff on the floor to take orders quicker.

Had to keep asking for 3 orders we placed and not arrived after waiting 30 min.

Everything tasted deep fried in oil that was old, not good.

Okami serves a nice variety of menu options and the food is quite filling and delicious... I especially always order the gyozas, beef carpaccio, miso steak and potato croquette, and of course the vanilla ice cream and taiyaki for dessert- yummy combo. The staff are friendly and the food comes out timely.

Okami is a lot of fun and also has quite a few delicious dishes on offer such as the sushi platter and the bbq beef.

A novel concept and they give you amounts of food in proportion to how many are at your table. Food is yum!

will keep coming back to Okami! especially that they have new addition to their menu

Food quality below average, will be acceptable if 50% of the price.

i havent been there for 5 months then everything was change it price is increasing less food on every plates and taking order waiting longer

Good quality meat and sashimi our go to place for Japanese

When we ordered the sashimi, only the first serve was good. The serves after that was with smaller amount and waiting time was longer. When we ordered the ice cream, we were told by the girl that we cannot order ice cream anymore as we have ordered too much. What??? Couldn’t understand why ALL-CAN-EAT restaurant staff said that. After I explained we only ordered 2 vanille ice cream so far as the other staff ordered the wrong amount. Her attitude was not nice or friendly. It was terrible experience. Only try once and no more. Very disappointing. Really cannot understand ALL-CAN-EAT has limited orders.

It was our second visit at Okami Silverwater and it didn't disappoint. Prompt service, accommodating staff! Will be back again.
