OKAMI Silverwater

Booked a table for Father's Day Lunch and even though the restaurant was packed, the food arrived quickly and was scrumptious. The seafood was as fresh as always. Really recommend this place.

As expected its busy for father’s day. Didn’t get the correct quantity of our order although we chase them up. Staff remain friendly. Food is ok for buffet

We always enjoy dining at Okami. We love the food tho service is a bit slow. On Mothers day they missed some of our orders but it was ok but could have been avoided. This time no miss but just bit slow in serving the food.

Overall food and services are very very good. Also good value for money. Sure will visit again

Not enough staff with big party. Long wait times on food. Was not allowed to order more to compensate for wait time. (Because of big party) Used 'No. This is our policy' to answer all requests.

We ordered the sushi & sashimi platter twice and we specifically asked for the one same as the picture during our 2nd order. However, we still didn’t get what we wanted. The waiter later on mentioned that it’s because we are on 2 people settings and not 4 people settings so the portion is reduced- only 1 salmon sushi and a few pieces of sashimi. It didn’t make sense at all when it’s all you can eat menu. It is clearly misleading and it is only 1 per type of sushi or size reduced for 2 people. In this case it should not be as sushi sashimi platter because it is not a platter. As the restaurant was full house, the staffs were really fast-paced and wouldn’t expect good customer service- there were so many times where the staff won’t bother to serve the plates nicely, they would literally just slide it to your table from only one side to wherever space they could spot on, including extend the hand to another side of the table

food and services was great..I found table too small and atmosphere bit noisy to have decent family conversations

Good was great as always, however one waitress was rude and shook her head every time we ordered. She insisted on limiting what we wanted order and slammed plates down on table to show her disapproval. We felt very uncomfortable and like we were a burden. I’m not sure I will come Back to the Silverwater store again even though we have made many visits in the last 6 months

We go there many times.always have good food and good service.

All you can eat is often worth trying because of value for money. However we found that they are best with cooked dishes in general. If you like Sushi, sashimi or tempura, this is not the place (neither variety nor quality) to satisfy you. Service is good in general and delivery time is reasonable depending on what you order. The ice cream are great, make sure you try them all.

There are not many choices of dishes and the taste is salty.

first time i visit service very good .but secon time very bad .i order 3 bring 2 .then i order again .2 bring 1 .may be a beef experience. so they no bring 2 .and i order other .they bring 1 and orther

The food at Okami is of great quality, and the variety of options on the menu means there are favourite dishes for everyone.

Food was very good and fresh. Group of 5 were very happy. Needs more staff on the floor to take orders quicker.

Okami serves a nice variety of menu options and the food is quite filling and delicious... I especially always order the gyozas, beef carpaccio, miso steak and potato croquette, and of course the vanilla ice cream and taiyaki for dessert- yummy combo. The staff are friendly and the food comes out timely.

Okami is a lot of fun and also has quite a few delicious dishes on offer such as the sushi platter and the bbq beef.

A novel concept and they give you amounts of food in proportion to how many are at your table. Food is yum!
