Would have give. Higher rating if we were given assistance when I spilt my water rather than handing me a thin paper towel and no assistance.. Food was mostly excellent although big Angus beef teriyaki dish poor compares to the canberra restaurant as meat was cut into tiny pieces.

Excellent food and an amazing range. Service was a little low. We ordered several dishes that did not arrive so that was a little disappointing. Overall, highly recommended.

My family and I eat at Okami quite frequently. We have dined at multiple restaurants and the service was always fantastic. However, when we visited the Shepparton restaurant i was rudely cut off while ordering and told "that is enough food, order more later". This was difficult to do though because we were ignored when trying to get a staff member to order more and some of our dishes never came out. The place was over booked and my daughter was told to sit in a highchair halfway thru eating so they could use hair chair, but my daughter doesn't use highchairs anymore as she's not a baby/infant.

Food was great! But sitting right next to an another couple was shit! Tables were too close. Asked if we could sit somewhere else as there were plenty of space down the back of the shop but was told NO! So disappointed..
