Granted it was Valentine’s Day but you’d think they would have been more prepared for front of house staff. The food took around 30 minutes per dish and came out cold. The portions were as if they were rationing. We normally eat at the Albury Okami which is always outstanding. We left early and paid $101 for food that was 2/10

Food was good but we didn't get all dishes ordered.

No mention if licensed on web site, but saw a note that you can BYO wine, left a message on my booking asking if they had a a wine list. No one replied. Tables too small for all the dishes you serve at once. Some of the seafood dishes came out at room temperature and not on a cold plate, that is dangerous…. Offering and menu we found a bit confusing at first. Calamari salad was almost warm and strangest looking calamari I have seen or tasted. Teriyaki Steak was not steak but pieces of dry beef, barely warm and hardly any sauce. Overall quality very poor. Won’t be back, sorry.

Wonderful food and fast service. Would be nice if more of the staff smile and look like they want to be there as that was the only real negative. Also would be good for some Japanese music in the background to improve the atmosphere. Otherwise fantastic and looking forward to going back for some more yummy food!

Overall great. Food was great and 2 workers were excellent except for one staff she wasn't smiling. Just prety much throw the plates on the table. She got our drink she only put 3 cubes of ice in the jug. She wanted us to have our drink warm. But the guy and the other girl, great customer service.

Food wasnt up to your usual standard and one particular server looked like she didnt want to be to ne there...couldnt put a smile on her face or be pleasant

Very slow service for delivery of food ordered. No empty plates removed from the table unless we requested. Last sashimi dish delivered when we were about to leave following a very long wait between dishes

Was great. Just not sure if your zucchini and sweet potato was meant to be raw but the zucchini tempura was very bitter, sweet potato was a bit undercooked .

The waitress was amazing, always asking if we wanted to order more, taking dirty dishes as soon as they were empty, always had a smile on her face. She is an asset to okami, so hopefully we see her on our next visit.

Unfortunately the food was the worst I've ever tasted in my 60+ years. Seafood should be kept COLD not room temperature. The beef dishes were chunks of meats with a dribble of sauce. No water dish water provided to wash hands after prawns (even after asking staff). EVERYTHING about our visit and food was terrible. Totally not worth the $102 I spent!

Always Beautiful, but we always eat too much... and we will do again because it's delicious!!

Sushi took two hours to come out, food was not piping hot and ice cream had a layer of ice on the bottom. Service was ok but multiple time when we asked about the sushi they had to check but didn’t come back to give us a response so wasn’t a great evening

It was terrible, got seated and waited 20 min to take a order. Food took awhile and didn’t get some of the food that was ordered. Wasn’t happy, paid and will probably not go back

Food was so good, I am SO full! Staff were lovely.

Drinks and service were really nice. Some of the food was good. However we were not overly impressed by the teriyaki stake as it was overly salty and chewy. The teriyaki sushi rolls were also quite salty and tasted fish like whereas out spicy salmon was quite bland. Everything else was amazing

Food was nice, staff were mostly friendly, though seemed a little distant. It would have been nice to have some non-cooked sushi options.

I couldn't anything I wanted in the main they ran out of the mains we had Alcatel menu and she keep coming back to to tell there was none left and this was at 6.30 pm. They even ran out of the drink I was having but didn't tell until I asked were was my drink

Everything was perfect! The food was very yummy and the service was prompt, also very quick delivery of the food not a lot of waiting at all! A+ for everything! Would definitely go back!

service was slow n had to ask a number of times for missed dishes plus service free on payment not on a public holiday. Food was mostly lovely as always but some dishes did come out cold.

My kids absolutely loved it. I couldn’t get them to leave. Food was delicious and the service was great.

Food and service were great. Chairs need repairs, lots of rips and splits in them. Toilets need a good clean.

Whilst the floor staff were friendly, our tables food, although delicious, was delivered well out of order and unfortunately wasn't as hot as it could have been. We still enjoyed our time there, and will be back again.
