The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and we were able to enjoy our daughter’s special day.

Busy Friday night and they seemed understaffed. We had to flag down staff to order and then food wouldn't come out because our order wasn't sent to the kitchen multiple times. Staff were pleasant enough but it was disappointing overall.

Great food and great service can’t wait to return .

Very good food. Service was slower tonight though, possibly because of staff shortages. Forgotten dishes and slow delivery was unusual and caused us to be late for our show at Eastbank.

Great food and atmosphere. Plenty of variety to choose from to share.

Food always great, just need to have the servers to come to tables more often as we had to flag them down a few times.

Food was good and well presented. Had 12 people so submitted one order at a time. It was disappointing as each time only half arrived then needed to order again till at end when kitchen closing and we hadn't had full 2 hours. Was a celebration dinner won't be back

Only low point was a rude customer who kept staring at us, which really is out of the restaurant’s control. Everything else was perfect - even with 15% surcharge for public holiday it cost less than $50 per person and it was absolutely delicious

We waited for 20 minutes before the waitress came to ask if we were ready to order, or ask for drinks. Then the food came out so slowly. We had asked for certain items so our fussier eaters could have those but they had to wait for another 20 minutes after the initial food came out. I called the waitress over to remind her of the items, and even then she was more interested in having a chat and a giggle with her friends behind the bar. I had to call out twice to get her attention. I’m not sure that I would return after tonight’s experience.

First time here & it was an amazing experience! Lovely customer service, staff were so kind & efficient. Food was wonderful! Will definitely come back! Well done team.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from one of the dishes ...everything was beautiful but later that night I was in agony from vomiting and so forth ..I was so disappointed. The staff were great too.

The staff were polite, quiet and efficient. We enjoyed our food choices. A great dinner for our wedding anniversary.

We ordered 6 plates including dumplings which never came out and a drink each, after being there for 30 minutes and eating 5 plates the waiters didn’t come over to us. We sat there for 30 more minutes to see if someone was going to come over to serve us more food and drink, but never did so we paid and left. Very disappointed considering it’s all you can eat and all we got was 5 plates to share between the two which weren’t very big proportions as they were set for two people

Quality of food don't match the price range. Teriyaki steak was chewy and teriyaki chicken was over cooked. Waited for awhile before the waitress served us.

This time around I was very disappointed, food wasn't all that good and getting service was very slow I'm guessing it was because of the lack of staff. The chef was more interested in what ever he was watching on his phone. Food handling by the chef was very poor

Service and staff very good. Food not up to tgestandard of Okami at Whittlesea. Terriyaki beef lacked flavour. Tempura vegetables sliced too thick. Edamame lacked salt.

The food is AMAZING. I had to tell my dinner guests to wait till I had taken a pic!!! The food was literally disappearing as soon as the dishes hit the table (as you can tell from my pics) Will definitely be back and bringing my friends & family back for more!!!
