It took a long time for our drinks to arrive at the table, including chasing up twice where 1 of our drinks were. Our food was also arriving to our table cold, and we needed to chase up some dishes multiple times.

Our night was very inaccurate. We waited after asking twice for someone to take our drinks order. We were seated and over 6 times we were approached by a waiter to place food on our table that we did not order. Our orders were haphazard. Food we ordered together, did not come out to our table together. On 4 separate occasions we had to ask if our next course was coming out. Previously the service has been faultless, but tonight there were many many errors being made all night. Very disappointed, as it was my birthday and I found it very stressful and not the relaxing evening I was hoping for my birthday.

we love okami, but not being on tables near the kitchen area as it loud and everyone is raising their voices to communicate with others at the table

The only disappointment we had was that I had gone in a couple of days prior to our booking and the nice young man showed me where we would be seated, which was fantastic as we had mostly older people so the bench seating didn't suit us. When we arrived we were seated at the bench seating. This made it very uncomfortable for some if our guest's. Had it not been a 1:30pm booking, we might have actually left and gone elsewhere.

Was absolutely delicious with fantastic service. Very happy with our experience.

Was a good night, but when we got there our table wasn’t ready. Fair enough but waited a long time for our drinks and then be told there was no glasses,some of the food we ordered didn’t come but they were busy.then we had ice cream only to be told our 2 year old couldn’t have one only adults who pay, but the nice waitress did give her one. It’s just too rushed for me.

A very pleasant evening spent with the family at a great restaurant. All staff were very friendly and efficient.

It's very Felling, Order a little at the beginning, they double its size of the meals right at the end So you'll be extremely full when leaving

The food is always great. Unfortunately the boss chose to tell off a waitress for a long time not too far from our table. i couldn't hear what was being said but no mistake in his body language and gestures. I felt uncomfortable for her. He should stay out in the kitchen or somewhere & not waiting tables. Previously there was just waiting staff and not him and it was lovely environment. Now its more stressful due to him. So terrific food, nice decor, lovely staff but a double minus for the boss. I don't feel like going back there now. I really dislike people like him ….well his actions and body language..,very forceful

My 10 & 12 yo's loved the experience. As did the adults. Food was delicious.

Food was very slow in the beginning which I would have liked to have my chicken with the rice but the rice came out and then we waited another 15 mins for another dish. It did get quicker, but unusually slow in the start of the evening. Very cold sitting near the kitchen, we were shivering. 🥶 Overall we always love the food just not as good this time.
