First time there. Good food. Price resonable. Staff are nice.

The service was excellent. I requested for a table near the entrance and that was met. The food was delivered quickly.

Food was amazing! Unfortunately the service was very slow with only 4 staff out front and a very full restaurant. I would still go back!

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We have never done a Japanese buffet before hence we didn't know what to expect. The food was freshly made, and the service was quick and the staff friendly.

We were there on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was half full but they put everyone on one half of the restaurant and the other half was completely empty. I felt that they should have used the entire space of the restaurant to allow for social distancing between tables since we are not out of covid pandemic yet and covid is still around. Service was very good. The wait staff that we had interaction with were very friendly. Service was very fast. Food came out very quickly and when we ordered more food, those came out very quickly too. They never made us feel like we have ordered too much and we’re very courteous and polite at all times. In terms of the food, we tried almost everything on the menu. In general, they were tasty and the quality was good for an “all you can eat” restaurant of this price.

We booked through Quandoo and could get a table straightaway upon arrival. Helpful staff members, nice food, will go back again. Would be even better if grilled salmon can be added to the menu.

our first in Pennant Hills branch, their staff are all courteous and attentive. our friends loved their first eat all you can experience in Okami. one even came back after a week with her partner.

Quite Disappointing. Went the Silverwater branch last week and was great! Service, food and experience was so good we decided to take teenage kids to Pennant Hills tonight. First order was lost, ordered most dishes 3 times before we got it. No service in the section we were in and feed was either cold, chewy or bland. Won't be going to PHills again.
