Fast and polite service. Delicious food as always. My family loves this place.

Decided to come here as had good food at the Silverwater branch. Unfortunately, this branch was not as good. Quite disappointed.

Table was ready on time, ordering via the QR code definitely makes it easier to eat at your own pace and not have to locate staff every time you want to order. Food comes out as ready meaning you aren’t cramming lots onto the table but can order a few dishes at a time. Food is always great quality

Good value for money, especially when feeding a hungry teen!

Your online point of sale ordering system was an awful experience. No explanation from staff. Everytime you add something to the cart it takes you back to the Home Screen so you have to navigate back through the menus to continue adding items. It constantly refreshed when trying to view what was added. In the end we just “complete order” and hoped for the best. This was my husbands birthday dinner and although the food was delicious as always there was no service what so ever! You are employing food runners not wait staff. The noise was horrendous! We could not hear each other talk. Such as shame as we have been twice before at it was fantastic and highly recommended your restaurant to everyone. However on last nights experience we won’t be returning in a hurry.

Service was disappointingly slow. I understand it was busy, but staff weren't very available anyway to patrons or attentive unless you got up to grab anyone you saw close by serving ither tables. I was disappointed at this okami compared to the one we usually attend at Marrickville. Wouldn't recommend here for large group. They didn't show me the physical bill so I could check it was accurate. They just typed in the full amount and sent us off. Not happy for a special family occasion.

Always a friendly reception on arrival. The ordering is a dream. After ordering the food it arrived quickly. The food was top quality and the taste was delicious. We are frequent visitors and love Okami.

We had two hungry teenagers and we wanted a relatively quick meal - hoping for about an 1 hour (1.5 hour maximum). We arrived at 7pm and left at 9.30pm - more than double the time we wanted to be there. The food took sooooo long to come out and our kids left unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and unfortunately we won't be back. We are locals and were hoping this could be a good regular venue for our family, but we'll have to find somewhere else.

First impression was good, Rita the manager was nice and friendly. Since I was not aware of the time limit, the food for the last orders are different.

You never go wrong with Okami, good food and great service.

Food was great but the website for ordering is inferior and made the experience very underwhelming. Apparently kitchen got busy and screwed up everyone’s orders on Saturday night, our first and second order didn’t come for over half an hour but the third order came, and because you can’t see what you’ve already ordered in the app and the waitress confirmed we have no orders pending, we assumed there was a bug and reordered. Then after our last order for dessert, all the mains and entrees swarmed in so I said please cancel food but keep the ice cream. The assistant cancelled all ice cream and food kept coming 😂 so we had to reorder the ice cream again. It was our first time going and we experienced chaos already, not sure if it’s a regular occurrence or we just hit jackpot.

Good Food, Good Company Seven of us went there for lunch. We loved the food. Parking was a bit of a problem though as we went there on Saturday.

Maybe because of the Mother's Day. Relatively longer time waiting for cleaning up the last round of services. Also due to the occasion, food came relatively slow which is understandable. Overall service was satisfactory.

As it’s Mother’s Day so they’re so busy. The food were slow and missing something. The seating arrangement were poorly situated and used a crappy chair (not strong enough for a big person).

We have booked for 1:30pm, had to wait on the outside in a not organised queue and enter around 2pm. We had a pram with us. Once on the table the staff gave us the wrong QR Code, so after we order and wait for 30minutes, another staff came sayng the QR code was wrong, making us do another order and have to wait another 30minutes to get the food. After all this mess everything was good and food was good as well. I just think you have to be more prepared for the amount of people that go in.

We celebrated Mother's day and liked everything. Thank you, staff.
