The food in general was great, the service was really good, staff were friendly and attentive. It took several tries to get a fork. Loved the plum wine. We were seated and served very quickly and dishes were cleared expediently.

The quality of food was poor compared with other Okami's I have been to. Most of it was tasteless and hot food was tepid. The restaurant was also very noisy making conversation almost impossible.

Lovely staff. Good food. Nice drinks and great mocktail options.

A lot better when I had my country side Okami dining experience at Albury. Wait a while for each food to be served and you only had a limit time of 1.5 hour dinning in the buffet in this city branch. I suppose it is a busy day on father's day.

There was a big waiting time between some dishes. The dishes that were more expensive in value took longer to come in our opinion. We asked for wasabi twice and we never received it at all.

The ordering system became chaotic since you changed it to be done through QR code. I did not know what went wrong. The experience of the staff also concerned me as well !

Food and Service has deteriorated a bit since last visit.

The food was ok but we ordered a lot of things that were not served. Then I asked at the counter and when they checked in the kitchen nothing was there and they just replied the kitchen was too busy. They should put more people to serve the customers as our waiting time waiting for the food to come was not acceptable.

It was lovely to be greeted by the friendly staff who recognised us from previous visits. Though a very busy evening we were served as soon as possible. The food was delicious.

Overall, the food and costumer service were very good. However, the soy sauce could be less saltier, and it could include small packets of sugar for the costumers.

The restaurant is located next to train station with easy free parking places. It’s clean & spacious inside. The food was very fresh and delicious with so many varieties for both adults and kids. Waiters diligently refill the dishes according to our requests. Above all, the price is very reasonable for buffet with their good quality ingredients. We all enjoyed the dinner very much! Thanks!

Food and service was great but a little noisy. I thought our food could of been served a little hotter , felt like it must of been sitting their a while. Asked for chilli sauce but wasn't really chilli. Over all I would go back . Shame they have 2 sittings , 5.45 was early .
