Don't know if this is a coincidence, after use of QR code for ordering the delivery time of food has been terrible. Comparing with before introduction of QR code even when the restaurant was full, wait time for food was OK but now when there are empty tables the delivery has been so long that it is intolerable, not one experience but every time I went there

I don’t like ordering things via a QR code… I prefer table service by an actual person! I was pleased to be able to get this upon requesting it. Some of the chicken dishes were undercooked and, when returned to request a better cooked meal, we had to chase it up after a while. I have been there on occasions when the restaurant was absolutely full and everything ran smoothly and was fantastic... Today it wasn’t full and it wasn’t running well.

Food was delicious, really good value for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is the ordering system seems a bit messy, we received some food we didn’t order, and some of the food we ordered never came. Since it’s a buffet there’s no problem of overcharging or anything, just a bit disappointed we didn’t get to try their sausages and chicken skewers.

Service was great but I hate ordering on a phone!

The food is good, however, the restaurant does not provide flexibility with any additional time for dinner. One has to constantly keep looking at the timing. We doubt if it is a place to have relaxing dinner with couple of families or few friends.

Took some friends here for their first Okami experience and had a great time - they also have a much larger selection of sushi than the Melbourne Okami locations

Food is wonderful .it does get very loud later on so we went early but it was pumping with people . There was a bit if a lag with dishes and staff very hasty to take plates....we would go again .

Fantastic service and the manager and team was super efficient at the busy lunch time. We came in a big group and was a great place for group lunch or dinner

Service was very good and fast, value was good too as i had been gifted a 50 dollar voucher. Probably not great otherwise as my wife and daughter didn't eat much. I also didn't get to choose much that i liked as had to keep finishing off everyone else's stuff they didn't want to stop waste! Good overall though. Would be especially good with the right group.

Always looking for a good Japanese and this is it. We were in Japan earlier this year and it took us back. We will definitely be returning a few times and we are going back to Japan next year so it will keep our enthusiasm alive. Such quick service. Authentic and good value for money. Also love that you can order off QR code, so efficient, just like in Japan. No complaints. Loved it!

I gotta say, this place was awesome! The food was not just tasty, but it was served piping hot, which made it totally worth the price. Good stuff!

The team at Okami PH were amazing friendly and attentive even though there were lots of People. Food was good - some great but some were just ok. Sushi sashimi took a while and some ‘hot food’ wasn’t hot. But for an all you can eat - definitely on our regular dining circuit. Tried some others - PH is our preferred Okami. 👍

Terrible food and service, the staff were friendly and nice but very slow in serving. The restaurant was about half full but clearly the kitchen struggled to keep up. The food is very low quality compared to the Melbourne venue. Save your money and go somewhere else!

First time we tried this restaurant - awful do not go.

I guess it’s possible for us to have a bigger table as the restaurant is not even half occupied on a Tuesday night. Service staffs are nice and the food is nice.

Service and staff were wonderful. Food was great. We enjoyed our experience.

Lots of variety. But most dishes are loaded with sauces that are too sweet even for savory dishes. Perhaps sauces on the side rather than on the food will be better

First time visit , celebrate with my daughter 9th bday. Food is fast and good , service is good even so busy. Kids n us like the foods, only thing upset we thought they may offer discount for bday girl but they say no. Anyway still affordable price to pay to eat. Thanks for the service!!!

Half the food was cold, not all the food we ordered came out. Not the nicest of food to be honest. We will not be back

Wait for 90mins to get the fist plate of Sushi “All-you-can-eat” is a totally lie.

Overall is very good, I like fresh vegetables, mushroom salad tasty and Potato croquettes but Terryaki beef was mediocre, seaweed salad tough to chew.
