Maybe because of the Mother's Day. Relatively longer time waiting for cleaning up the last round of services. Also due to the occasion, food came relatively slow which is understandable. Overall service was satisfactory.

Food was great as always. Service has been better. Very busy and some meals were missed and others slow to arrive.

As it’s Mother’s Day so they’re so busy. The food were slow and missing something. The seating arrangement were poorly situated and used a crappy chair (not strong enough for a big person).

We have booked for 1:30pm, had to wait on the outside in a not organised queue and enter around 2pm. We had a pram with us. Once on the table the staff gave us the wrong QR Code, so after we order and wait for 30minutes, another staff came sayng the QR code was wrong, making us do another order and have to wait another 30minutes to get the food. After all this mess everything was good and food was good as well. I just think you have to be more prepared for the amount of people that go in.

We celebrated Mother's day and liked everything. Thank you, staff.

It was a busy Saturday night, a little loud inside but the food was delicious and the service was great (particularly as it was a full house, but we still didn't wait long for food to arrive). Would recommend.

Orders mixed up a bit like some dishes never come and some came doubled likely due to too busy. Generally good quality food and staffs are kind and helpful. Need more staffs on floor will help

Great varieties like sushi, beef, salad and deserts. We went there on Saturday night that was quite busy. The waitresses and waiters were trying their best to serve everyone as soon as they could and we got what we ordered really quick. The foods were really worthy for the money even with the public holiday surcharge. They had Easter egg hunt that gave us a little treaty. Will go back another time with my kid who loved the food there.

Foods are delicious and yummy. High recommended for family dinner.

Not enough experience staff, have to wait for long time to order ice-cream. If customers can order ice-cream on-line would be great.

Very good all around, the staff were very good at accommodating my needs for a surprise birthday lunch including taking out a cake for us. Great value for all you can eat and very tasty food!

Food was hot and fresh, at this point the best of the Okami’s I have been to. Staff were friendly, simple ordering through the QR code. I did find at times that it was a bit slow for the small dishes to come to the table, otherwise no complaints or issues.

We like this place, there was plenty of parking, the food was great. The service was OK. Our booking was early so we were shown to our table right away. The restaurant was very busy. We had to request several times for a fork. Overall the experience was good.

The eat-all-you-can portion was on the smaller end but I find it ok as then you can try more of other choices. Fast and friendly service. Only gripe is some of the food is not served hot enough as I think they would have been prepared in bulk.

What’s not to love? All you can eat Japanese food, friendly staff, seniors and children’s discounts…Food was great and fast. Really highly recommended. The only thing is it’s super noisy. Would be great to put some acoustic material on ceilings and under tables so my elderly parents can hold a conversation!!
