Food was delicious and service was good. Good value for money. Would recommend

Sunday lunch. Very noisy. Portions small. Ordered 2 tempura prawn and vegetables, only received one and it took forever to arrive. Won't be back.

Good value for money, tasty food cames very quickly and is good quality, with pleasant service. Atmosphere is a bit like a cafeteria - very noisy, crowded and basic. Dont expect ambiance, relaxation or to be able to hear one another! Fun evening though.

Service was quick. The food was great. It's not too noisy.

Food was good. The place was cold. I asked the waitress to adjust the air conditioner temperature but I couldn't feel any difference after that.

I had a dietary requirement. I knew that certain dish may not be possible so called ahead to check and got confirmation they could do an alteration. When I asked for it waitperson seemed uncomfortable and said I must order on the QR code said they'd tell the kitchen. Item never arrived. A staff member came multiple times and said they told the kitchen and would follow it up. They also advised we were over our 2 hour time limit even though the only reason was that we were waiting over an hour for the order they didn't bring!

It was very busy so the staff were run off their feet. Food was a bit slow to come and done items we ordered first didn’t come out until later after other items had been ordered. We were at the table close to the till which meant a lot of customers came very close to us while they waited to pay - someone even leant against my husband! Overall we loved the food and appreciated it was very busy and may have been a bit under staffed but we will definitely be back!

All you can eat Japanese was nice and quick. What you sacrifice in terms of quality, you gain substantially in quantity. You won’t leave hungry! Good for big eaters.

Fair price, lovely beef and wonderful icecream. Dishes are a bit too sweet to me. And wish there will be more desert options.

Should have beem seated away from.large group 32 prople. Very noisy. Most of good was quick and tasty. Couple dishes dissapointing. Chicken curry was spce and water not curry. Eggplant skin burnt. On balance an ok meal

QR code ordering doesn’t work in this type of restaurant. Menu has option to order less, not to waste food. QR code ordering doesn’t accomplish this.

Good tasty food but the service was a bit slow.

Extremely busy so it must be a popular restaurant and so very very noisy. Couldn’t hear what the waitress or our group were saying We had a very noisy family beside us… wish parents would control their kids and have better social manners. Glad to leave. Food okay. Some of the dishes were only warm when we received them… would have preferred them hot eg teriyaki beef and some were hot and delicious( chicken wings) Sushi was nice and cold . Don’t think we would return. Maybe if it wasn’t so noisy, it may have been a better experience

Not worth the price. The food consisted of frozen stuff such as the gyoza and prawn tempura. The sushi was not fresh ie the rice was yuck! Not what I would expect from a Japanese restaurant. Orders took a while to come and they missed some orders towards the end. Had to keep asking for wasabi and ginger and was hard to even get some attention. Disappointing experience - we both had tummy aches after coming back. We would not be recommending or going back unless there’s an improvement in quality of food.

The food was absolutely delicious and was delivered quickly and with beautiful service but this was the first time we had experienced the new online ordering system and found it a bit confusing. When we ordered a number of dishes initially (about 7 different plates) it was unclear whether the order had gone through eg - it would be nice to see a message saying thank you for your order, or otherwise being able to see what you had ordered). We then tried to order immediately a new set of items but received an error message saying that due to high demand we had to wait but it was unclear whether this second order had gone through. I found the system confusing but the staff were very patient and helpful with us. The sushi was delicious as per usual. The miso soup however was a bit tasteless. I loved the vegetable kakiage and gyoza. We had a lovely farewell on the way out. Thank you for being a good restaurant and I love the idea of the online ordering but I think it might need slight improvement.

Don't know if this is a coincidence, after use of QR code for ordering the delivery time of food has been terrible. Comparing with before introduction of QR code even when the restaurant was full, wait time for food was OK but now when there are empty tables the delivery has been so long that it is intolerable, not one experience but every time I went there

I don’t like ordering things via a QR code… I prefer table service by an actual person! I was pleased to be able to get this upon requesting it. Some of the chicken dishes were undercooked and, when returned to request a better cooked meal, we had to chase it up after a while. I have been there on occasions when the restaurant was absolutely full and everything ran smoothly and was fantastic... Today it wasn’t full and it wasn’t running well.

Food was delicious, really good value for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is the ordering system seems a bit messy, we received some food we didn’t order, and some of the food we ordered never came. Since it’s a buffet there’s no problem of overcharging or anything, just a bit disappointed we didn’t get to try their sausages and chicken skewers.

Service was great but I hate ordering on a phone!

The food is good, however, the restaurant does not provide flexibility with any additional time for dinner. One has to constantly keep looking at the timing. We doubt if it is a place to have relaxing dinner with couple of families or few friends.
