Food was good. Service was poor. The first waitress understood little English and had no idea what we were talking about when we asked if we could order drink. The wait staff could benefit from some customer service training and tips in how to smile.

Value for money all you can eat Japanese. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back, though. Super busy and noisy.

The service was a good . We ordered a variety of food on the menu which were delicious but the miso steak and teriyaki steak was tough and unpleasant to eat. This wasn’t the first time we’ve ordered the steak and I’ve complained of this before but it hasn’t improved. I must say I did enjoy the steak carpaccio

My partner and I love coming here! They recently updated their menu from paper to scanning a QR Code which we find so much better as we don’t have to flag down staff every time we want to order! Food was amazing as per usual!

Fantastic service from a young gentleman and young lady however remainder were not worth mentioning. Food was good but slow to come out. The wagu was dissapointing for thr first time.

It’s still great like always, though this time the service is so much slower than usual and we had to wait quite a bit for the food to arrive each time we order anything.

The wait time was so long that we feel that we did not eat enough and had to go through a drive through.

The service was exceptional, and our food arrived quickly. Overall, the dining experience was delightful, with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. I usually don't give feedback, but since Okami is a chain restaurant, I felt it was important to share my experience. I highly recommend Okami Niddrie!

The think I like about the okami restaurants is the consistency of the food. The niddrie store did not disappoint, however, it was very very loud, making if a little difficult to converse when the group.

Perfect venue for a family dinner out. I have an 18 month old grandson who loves Japanese food and kept us entertained trying to eat using chopsticks....

Quite a bit noisy with lots of children, but that wasn't the restaurant's fault. The food and drinks are always amazing whenever we go. The staff were efficient and friendly, we will definitely be returning again in the future.

This is better service. Having the QR code near our table made it easier to order food without interrupting the servers all the time which made it more efficient with ordering what we wanted. I suggest having a mechanism to order in advance before the booking starts so that when the customer comes in, food is already served on the table. But overall the qr code made a difference.

Always a great night out at Okami. The noise however is crazy but a sign that so many families enjoying themselves.
