Serve very fast, there are many kinds of dishes and really yummy. Especially very reasonable charge.

We used the QR code to order our food as per the waiter request however the food never came. When we asked about our food we were told the QR code machine must of jammed but that’s ok we just started ordering with the waiter

It was good but some dishes we ordered didn’t come out and we had to ask again for them. Not sure the QR code ordering is the best thing but the food was delicious as always!

Food lovely albeit a bit slow on the service. Ordered the vegetable gyoza 3 times before we got any 😕 some dishes took a long time to come out and had to reorder a few things twice 🤷‍♀️

A classy looking Okami franchise restaurant compared to others, 1 level so can get noisy when busy, service was SUPER QUICK, and the use of scanning your table's QR Code to order is up there with convenience, i recommend a visit here.

Compared to the other Okami restaurants I have visited, the quality of this food was not great. Burnt rice, vegetables that mainly consisted on bean sprouts, noodles had a weird taste. It was convenient to go there for another friend but i dont think we will be back

It was an improvement from the previous visit but the new system of flipping a card to red for assistance and having to key in the QR code to order food didn’t come through well. Our order wasn’t captured in the system and was inconvenient

We had a fabulous time! The waiters were fabulous. Helping us work out how to order on our phone! Really attentive! The food came out so well staggered we constantly had something to eat but not all at the same time. There restaurant was very clean and well presented and we had a fabulous night! Highly recommend!
