Very tasty and great value meal.Loved all the Japanese food offered.

Most staffs very friendly but there was a grumpy lady who wasn’t very gentle when handing out the dishes or when asking questions Also the service was super slow so there were many times when we had no food on our table and really end up not getting few dishes until we end up our dinner so came out with a bit of dissapointment.

Such a lovely restaurant and lovely promotions and staff. But the quality of food in this branch is a no go for us.

Amazing service as always. Just with the icecream not happy as you are only limited to what you can get. Since we paying all you can eat we should be able to order as many iceream as you want. Ex. Other stores lets me order three vanilla icecream while your store lets only get two. Also we like the old fashioned service where someone orders your things not order through the phone.

The food came every quickly and the customer service was good.

We are regulars at Okami so naturally this came with certain expectations that the standards will be maintained each time we visit. This time the service was excellent as the new staff (he is just transferred from another ranch) took exceptional care in taking our special dietary Wed’s order and took care to explain how he had separated the saucers on the meat for us because one of our family members is on a low sodium diet. Thank you for making the dining experience pleasant.

Decent dishes for all you can eat. Lots of yummy dishes to choose from. Our favourites were the beef steak, melting in the mouth. There are some self serve dishes. The ice cream was nice.

we ate so much!! sushi was good.my favourite was the tempura roll. drinks were also amazing!! nice place for groups as well

Since my last visit the prices have SED BUT THE FOOD QUALITY HAS DROPPED. NOT THAT THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD BUT NOT AS GOOD AS PREVIOUSLY.

the dessert is nice however it takes a wheel to get their attention to order.

We had a wonderful experience here tonight. All our food came out fast and hot. Everything tasted amazing and the wait staff were all extremely helpful and nothing was a problem for them. Everything was good except for the misplaced order at another table due to two new staff members. However, Jason was very kind and helpful in figuring out what went wrong. We really appreciate it.

Fast service. Inconsistent delivery - first order came towards the end for example. Would be beneficial if we could check what we had ordered and the status of the delivery. Food was not the same quality as all the previous times. Fried items were quite oily. However, it still remains one of our favourite restaurants but slowly deteriorating.

It great food - I love okami much. I always visit okami anywhere with my same friends of 5 us visit different place see how much same or different or big or small. we love talks about. We like “supervision” many area where okami is. Sometime we do take photo of us and send to our friends who jealous or happy see us go okami.

I have been here a number of times - consistent service and food quality. I also like the self order system - way easier and the staff can focus on other things.

We've been to Okami before & keep coming back. We've taken other people, like we did today. They were very pleased with the food @ agree with us, that they will definitely come back. The restaurant was veryy busy, yet the service was very good.
