Very nice food the only complaint one time we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food but the overall experience was very good will be going back thats for sure

Every other time it’s been good. We were positioned in the corner and forgotten about. One plate came out at a time every 15 mins in the beginning and we were hungry. One item for each of us. And then it improved after about 45 minutes. Waving the staff down for more water, drinks or food was a mission. They forgot about our rice. Forks. And the ice chocolates were warm after taking 40 mins to make them. Staff shortages was the excuse. I understand, however do not operate at full capacity if you can’t manage. 7:25pm, we had someone approach asking are we ready to leave? We were waiting on our desserts. The service was a mess. It changed our mood and hype of the whole experience.

Staff were great and did their best, no complaints with them. Just far to busy and noisy. Food was not very flavourful.

As usual, the food and speed of service was terrific. The noise level, although a relatively quiet night with regard to the customer numbers, was high and made it difficult to communicate to others. I'm sure it's an acoustic issue.

Firstly the staff were friendly and so nice. The food was great. The menu had a huge selection. The service was fast and efficient. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back, great value for money. A great experience and the flavours of the food were amazing.

Just love it. The best food. Freshest sashimi. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Such good value. We took the family there over Easter and loved it so much we are going back tomorrow.

We were pretty disappointed with the service and in part the food. There was an obvious issue with our table not receiving food. We had to reorder our food 4 times, the staff apologised but it kept happening. We came to the conclusion that our table must not have existed on their ordering app. We were there for 1 hour and 45 and only maybe received a quarter of what we ordered. Nobody really took charge of our issue and so we left.

First time diners and chose Mornington venue. We were very happy with the whole dining experience from start to finish! Thankyou and we will definitely be returning again.

Had a minimum order to start with, for 3 guests in total. Took order, 25 mins later drinks and a couple of items of food arrived - of which one was incorrect Made comment to waitress - nothing changed. Made another comment to another waitress, and food came out that WASNT ours. Places another order, to replace the original order we were waiting on, again a couple of things came out straight away……and the remainder I have no idea. I got up, paid my bill, and left - never yo be seen in Okami Mornington again….and will never recommend!

Food was lovely. As soon as we sat down we were asked to order food ( hadn’t even touched the menu ) felt very rushed . Noise level was very high had trouble having a conversation with my daughter. Went to pay and they charged corkage fee for a can of coke . Would not recommend if you wanted a relaxing meal out
