Loved it! Great service and delicious food! This is our favorite place to go to always!

Many dishes we asked for actually never arrived. The food also did not taste very fresh. I was really looking forward to this but it was very disappointing.

This time the seat was comfy. Our seat was a couch next to the counter. :)

It was amazing experience for all of family. Even though, it was all you can eat dishes. It has so fresh, delicious and same as I read on review. As it was my first time in any Japanese restaurant. Just want to say again AMAZING, AMAZING. We will definitely go there again.

Food was great staff were lovely but hard to get their attention at times. seemed like they were short staffed. had to ask multiple times to find where some of our dishes were that hadnt arrived

A very nice night was enjoyed by everyone to celebrate a special birthday. We hadn't been here before and now can now say we all look forward to coming back. Thank you to the management, chefs and staff for a great night.

We found service to be quite slow and food brought out randomly, maybe understaffed as restaurant messy. But our miso soup for example we had for entree nearly came right before ice cream. Price has increased and perhaps not worth the price tag

Loud and our table of 2 was thrown in the middle of several large groups. First drinks were very slow to have order taken and to arrive .Several items of food we ordered failed to arrive as well as one of our drinks we ordered

It was okay. First time here. It was just real fast food not my cup of tea but good experience.

Disorganized service across 2 tables. Food came out after an hour of ordering and then when we complained, it all came out at once and was told that we had to pay for any food left over. How could we possibly finish it all within 1/2 hour. Will not be back

30 minutes wait for drinks. Table was not cleared the whole time we were there. Had to keep reordering food as orders wouldn’t arrive or were forgotten. Very disappointed

service was slow- much of the food was luke warm Fried food overcooked and dry. acoustic noise levels disturbing. $10 corkage for 1 wineglass Okami in Mornington east is a much better OKAMI- will go there in future

When I booked I didn’t see the option of indoors outdoor. It only came up when I got my confirmation so I called the venue straight away to change to indoors so called like a dozen times combined on the mobile number on the site as well as the land line, no answer. Then I got a text message asking to reconfirm my booking and so I asked them to seat us indoors and by then it’s too late coz they never answered my call I even left a message. So we went anyway, ordered food and all and they were all nice. We ordered sashimi it never came from the first batch of food we ordered, so we had to reorder, still didn’t come, somee had to ask again and also I started ordering more food and all of a sudden everything came at the same Time so we got full and struggled to finish. When we ordered our ice cream the lady said oh there’s a surcharge if you have left overs. We weren’t advised about this when we were seated, so we check the menu and it was there but the finest print. They should tell you the rules when you sit down. Not impressed with the service

Food was nice. They were extremely busy. Had to try to catch staff as they walked by to order.

The venue was busy. Minimal staff. Food took a long time to come out. Food was cold and average. Half the food did not come out at all. Unable to get a wait staff to order more food or drinks. My daughter left crying as we were unable to order her ice cream. Venue was hot and loud. Would never ever go back to this place again. Minus 1 out of 10. Terribly disappointing.

One our favorite restaurants. They were a bit short staffed last time so there was a bit too long of a wait between orders. Might be a covid problem but the food was very tasty as always.
