Food was great. The thing was somehow they forgot our drinks order. I have to follow it up by almost we’ve done our meal. Overall is ok

Food wasn’t the best and the waitstaff were just terrible.

We are regular customers and often come in a large group. We were a table of 15 adults and got squashed on to a table too small for that size group. $10 corkage is excessive and extremely greedy. The food took much longer this time to get to the table after ordering.

Our booking was for 7.30 - we arrived 15 minutes early and to our surprise the noise level was down. Even when it filled up later, it was tolerable. The manager greeted me with her big smile and led us to my preferred table. The Food was superb as usual and the staff was fast and friendly . Thank you to all at the Marrickville restaurant 💐

Ok - the date around the 14 February can be risky as Valentine Romantics , tend to book out most places . We got lucky , and had no problem booking a table through the Quandoo site . The food was delicious as usual , the staff was super friendly

I guess the official excuse we had was ‘ Oktoberfest’ at Okami . We had been talking about it so I arranged a booking through Quandoo , which is very helpful. The food was tasty, the staff was nice . Thanks for the service

This was my ‘ birthday dinner visit’ as unfortunately my birthday fell on a Tuesday , when Okami Marrickville is closed . The food was delicious and the staff super friendly and efficient . Thanks to staff

The place is clean and quiet. Food serve very fast and hot.The taste is good too. Will go there again. Only thing is the last order is 1:45pm,not 2pm. Highly recommended

Not very warmly served, poor delivery speed compared to other Okami restaurants. They will give you less food after 2 or 3 rounds of orders. A little disappointed but ok in general.

Despite my side note in the booking for a quiet table , the hostess apologised for being unable to fulfil that request. They expected a party of 18 guests and all she was able to do is seat us as far away as possible from the noise. The service from staff was faultless , although one last dish came out when we already had our ice creams :) All in all another great night with good food & service with a smile , thank you staff @ Marrickville

The food is prepared fresh & you can tell, so tasty & beautiful. Order whatever you want for two hours but we were full after 1 hour! So worthwhile!

It was a great experience, the food was delicious and large range available. Some of the food we ordered didn’t come and we had to ask about it and waited over an hour. Few dishes didn’t arrive at all but overall was good food.

Foods were slow serving and some were missing. We waited until we have no longer have the mood to eat so we left before the ordered foods being served. Won’t go back for the time being.

Great range of food . Fresh and tasty. Recommended to place your orders early on during busy periods as it can take some time hit certain foods to arrive. Overall a good timing experience

Food was amazing but we were rushed to leave. The waiter took my glass of wine while it wasn't empty without even asking me. Service was good throughout but towards the end staff were flustered and rushing us to leave and moving excessively around us. It was barely 9 pm on a Friday night.

This place is one of those hidden gems where the food is great for all you can eat at reasonable price too!

The atmosphere was good and the selection of food is generous, can make it hard to decide. Go it early as when it gets busy the food slows down.

There were only two members of staff when we went this time and one was lovely but the other was a bit abrupt when giving us instructions about how to order and telling us we had ordered enough and should wait to order more. I don’t feel this is necessary. If we waste food then we have to pay extra and we know what we usually order. Otherwise food was great as usual.

I would like to have more types of sushi and seafood to choose. Chicken a bit oily and salty. Customer service was amazing, we went for a birthday dinner and they gave us an ice cream with a candle to celebrate it, also they help us to keep a cake in their fridge and some stuff in a safe place. Everything was fantastic overall!!

We booked for Sunday lunch and we’re delighted that we had the place almost to ourselves for at least 30 minutes . Other guests arrived later but the noise level pleasantly low , compared to previous visits when it got busy . The food was as great as the friendliness and hospitality of staff . Lovely food and service but some items either came really late or not at all

I went to this sushi restaurant expecting a delightful all-you-can-eat experience, but it was a complete letdown. Despite the place being half empty, the service was excruciatingly slow. Orders took forever to arrive, and some never showed up at all. To add insult to injury, plates we ordered at the beginning finally made their appearance an hour later. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse, they started rushing us because of the time limit, despite their own inefficiency. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.
