It was beautiful and the food was good. Just low in customer service

Amazing food, fantastic quality and great value for money. Service could be improved as I did wait 40 mins for one dish while 3 of my mums dishes came in that time.

Yummy food. It did get very busy which made it difficult to order at times as it was hard to get the attention of the wait staff. In saying that, I would still go back. Good value for money.

Great food and friendly staff, the only downfall is that it is hard to get attention of waitresses. Will be a better experience once you can order alcohol

Our first time at Okami and the food was great. We weren't sure on the ordering process and found that people arriving after us were being served before us. Overall had a good experience, the food was tasty and plentiful and the staff polite.

This was our second visit to this great place... food is fantastic with a good variety of choice... service is great.. will certainly be eating there again...

Great, fresh food. It was very busy, almost too crowded I think. Even difficult for the staff to move around the tables, so service was a little slower than we’ve had on less busy days but it wasn’t too bad. Will definitely be going again!

Fantastic food and the service was great ! Will definitely be back . All you can eat sushi My kids were in Sushi Heaven .

I have been going to Okami Restaurants for years! I am so glad that they opened in Frankston and this is by far the best one I've been in, it gets noisy ones the restaurant gets full but the food is excellent and very friendly staff! Food takes a while to come out when it is busy but thats understandable with the amount of people in there! highly recommended!

Food and service are overall good and price is reasonable as well! Hope the restaurant could get their alcohol license soon. One of the best in Frankston;)

Food is lovely Restaurant is really loud Service can be slow or non existent at times. Had to follow up multiple orders placed which never even made it into the system.

Great tasting food and wonderful service. Good variety in the menu. Easy going place and Will definitely being going back again. It was good Value for money.

This place was busy and no wonder! The food was fresh and staff were friendly! I don't know how they do it but the food came fast and furious after each order even though the restaurant was packed!

Very quick service, at our favourite restaurant! We have been there 6 times now and it never disappoints! Great for large groups as well as couples.

Restaurant was half empty. Yet what we ordered at the start arrived with our dessert.That too with numerous reminders. Will try another Okami next time since we also invited at the last moment 4 friends extra making it 8 guests in total.

Amazing food... disappointed with the service..had to get up and find a staff member so we could order drinks. Second round of food took over 45mins to arrive at the table..others who ordered after us received their food before us..for the same dish. We were charged for Japanese tea and never ordered one. Will go back to okami but not in Frankston service was too poor. We were unable to order alcoholic drinks from the menu as they do not have a licence for alcohol service....but it's on the menu.

Kids actually ate and sat at the table the entire meal. Service was prompt and we had a lovely family dinner and are planning to return for our next celebration 🍾

gets busy really quickly, food is ok, you get what you pay for, one small critique is order management my advise is order as much as you can because its hard to get seconds took 20+ to get seconds +15 mins to even get someone to come over to order

The food tonight at Okami was extremely delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And despite it being very busy the service was very fast and attentive. I will definitely dine there again in the future.

Plenty of parking. The place was clean and orderly. The staff were friendly and well presented. The orders were very quickly served. Well done guys!

Absolutely Fabulous food and amazing value but incredibly noisy. Great venue for trying delicious Japanese cuisine but don't expect to be able to talk/hear much!

The food was really good! The waitress we had was really nice and helpful but they seemed really busy and may need more staff. It was also really loud and we couldn't hear ourselves so maybe recommend some more soft furnishings to absorb the noise. Excellent food !

Food was good, very busy and noisy. After the initial food, we had to wait along time for food, and it was hard to order. Our table was two people and we had to queue to pay the bill. Good to see lots of gluten free options. Food was a bit sweet for our taste.

Food and service fantastic! Hubby loved all you can eat! Great balue for money could order anything from the menu. Fav dishes were the gonzola, spring rolls terrayaki steak and chicken katzu

We were served promptly as a table of 4. Ordered 6 dishes and they came quickly. A slightly longer wait for our second round. Dishes were perfect size for sharing. The squid salad was delicious.

Delicious food, great service and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a venue to keep on our shortlist for a delicious night out. Also very family friendly, our 2 year old had a great time :)

all you can eat, so fantastic fresh and delish. some dishes can take ages to arrive, orderd tea 3 times and never received it but that's ok the food was great. will definitely be back. also BYO as they don't have alcohol

Food is great many selections also staff are very good and fast to serve you. Will be a regular 👍 Just a little noisey when there are a few people inside due to the interior construction noting to muffle the echo.

Amazing value for money by opting for the All You Can Eat menu. Delish food, freshly cooked and prompt service for such a busy night. Will return in the near future!

Food is fabulous, the venue is lovely and the staff are excellent. The sushi was particularly amazing, fresh and so tasty. Such great value for money.

Staff were attentive. Service and food delivery were quick. Serves are based on the number of people on the whole table but they were flexible in providing smaller serves of the dishes that my youngest child was wanting.

Very clean environment with very helpful staff. Food was excellent. Great value for money and a wide range of menu choices. Definitely going back soon.
