Excellent food quality. Couple of small criticisms 1 seats a bit mismatched $6 Bunnings fold out seats on one side of the table. And waitress forgot to place an order waited 25 minutes for the staff to place the order but they were very apologetic and offered a complimentary jug of soft drink to rectify. Other than that service was outstanding. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

It was great, the service was quick and did not have to wait long for your food. The was freshly made and it was hot.

The food was fresh, tasted amazing and presentation was 5 stars. I loved the service staff were happy and friendly. Would definitely be going back soon xx

Such delicious food and very quick service. I will definitely be coming back again. Many foods were traditional foods that I ate when travelling through japan, took me back :)

Really enjoyed this and very impressed by quality, helpfulness and professionalism of staff. Food was great, made some great choices and some wouldn’t order again but that’s personal taste.

Great food, friendly service will definitely be back. Took a little while for one dish to come out but not overly long. The sashimi was fresh and delicious & the chicken Katsu was to die for.

Great way to try a range of different dishes. Totally enjoyed it. Quite noisy so very hard to have a conversation. Although we enjoyed all the variety my partner was a bit unwell for a couple of days.

Excellent food, very fresh and tasty. Lots of different dishes to choose from, with many different options for different dietary requirements e.g. vegetarian, gluten free etc. Very busy, which can slow down service.

Food was fresh and delicious. Friendly stafff. Food came out quickly. Restaurant is close to home. Restaurant decor was nice and overall cleanliness was of a high standard. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious, the service prompt and charming and the whole meal, excellent value. Food portions on the buffet menu were perfect for sampling a variety of dishes.

Great restaurant, great food! Service was shocking due to the fact our table was in the corner and no servers were ever to be seen, we spent at least 20mins trying to get one of the servers attention, while other tables constantly had people there taking orders.

Food is great generally, some amazing. Very busy night but staff did their best. There was a lull in the service in the second hour but nothing to complain about really. Will definitely go back.

Too loud and the service of having to order food each time wasn't efficient took too long. Food was ok but not everything came out hot.

Great concept. The food was enjoyable and there is a good variety in both entrees and main dishes. Staff were lovely and friendly. Overall a great dining experience. We are happy to recommend Okami Frankston :-)

Although the food was nice, we had to ask a couple of times if certain dishes were coming out, as we watched everyone else's come out & their seconds come out... As there are no table numbers on the tables, the staff were constantly confused where to go. They put down 2 meals on our table that weren't ours. I hope that when they start serving alcohol that they have more staff, as we got 2 hot dishes & ate them before our 2 soft drinks came to our table. We'll return, but maybe in a few months once they've worked out better ways of doing things.

Nice, fresh food. Clean restaurant and plesant service. Tables need to be a bit bigger (family of 4) to accom the shared plates between us all.

So delicious! The food and service was of a very high quality, but the speed of service was a little slow. This caused us to order more than we were able to eat as we spent so much time waiting for food and staring at the amazing menu! Standout dishes include sushi/sashimi platter, beef carpaccio, octopus balls and potato croquette. Mains are great too.

Totally delicious. It was a busy Anzac Day session. A little longer to wait for food than usual, but otherwise fantastic as usual. Definitely an asset to Frankston

We went because they advertised on FB that they now have a vegan menu but none of the staff knew about such a menu. We ended up with a choice of 4 dishes which were fine but just not what we expected.

I couldn’t fault the food or service❤️ Everything tasted great........even my friend who was very fussy enjoyed it and planning to go again. Definitely value for your money...hope you enjoy as much S we did

Delicious food! The girls there had a bit of trouble understanding us sometimes. Still no liquor licence but there was a drinks menu on the table - bit confusing. Would definitely go back.

Food was amazing. The music was way too loud and did not fit the feel of the restaurant, and honestly gave me a headache. Maybe should look at some more background type music

Love the place but billing options are a pain, everyone these days pays bills by card and when restaurants wont split bills we find it very difficult because one person will have to pay the bill then get the money off the rest, this needs to change, move with the times restaurants.

Amazing all you can eat menu cooked fresh to order and very tasty. Lots of options including vegetarian. Wonderful service, staff and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly good. Food great, just order many items at once so you don’t have to wait as it gets busy, attentive service, friendly family atmosphere, would recommend.

My favourite all you can eat restaurant. Great price for all you can eat. Healthy choice, food is excellent. Venue a bit cramped, you will need to book.

The food was amazing. Service was quicker than I expected. A good variety and excellent quality. Probably better with smaller groups, say. 2 or 4. Friendly staff. A little noisy.

Delicious food, excellent value for money. Service was a little slower than usual, but I think that was due to the two very large tables that were monopolising the wait staff. Will definitely be back.

Went to Okami for the first time on our Wedding anniversary with my husband. We love the place, It’s once of my favorite eating spots now, same with my husband although it’ll be perfect if they have Japanese drinks too like Sake. But overall, we left the place happy and satisfied and full and thats all that matters 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Fantastic having a place with great food so close to home. This is our second visit and was not disappointed. The food is so fresh and a great variety of dishes. I must admit the service was better but still room for improvement. System for arrival and leaving could be improved as to less congestion around the door area. Friday night was extremely noisy maybe some screens in between tables might cut down noise. We will go back again.

We had heard that it was a great place to eat but still never expected it to be as good as it was. The menu was varied and the food just kept coming, hot and delicious. The staff excellent in every way. We can't wait to go again, but be warned it is BYO, lucky for us there was a Thirsty Camel bottle shop nearby. A really, really great night in relaxed surroundings. ++++++

Great food. Drinks menu shows alcohol drinks but actually not available yet, but misleading. Staff very helpful but busy. Family friendly. Very good value for great food and all you can eat!

It was Monday yesterday, so the restaurant was not fully occupied. The noise level was acceptable this time.

Restaurant was at 30% capacity. Didn’t appreciate being squished into a small area, on a small table, very closely seated to other people considering all the area that was available. Nice food and friendly service. Good value for money.

Went on a Monday at 5.30pm wasn't that busy so service was fast. Food was nice and for the 30.00 per head was good value. No license to serve alcohol but you can bring your own but they charge 5.00 corkage.overall 7out of 10
