Food is great. We had to wait ages for the food, while a larger table was served on multiple occasions. Finally complained and the food was bought out. The final bill showed the food we ordered but some that was never received. Overall would go back again. It is definitely value for money

Very happy with the service, they were very quick at taking our orders and very quick at bringing each dish out. All dishes were very fresh and look liked the menu pictures. Well done for our great dining experience.

Great service! Amazing food! Good selection of dishes on offer! However if you’re wanting to catch up with friends it’s extremely noisy and always full with happy customers!

Fantastic food again. Great service and very attentive staff. Kept table neat and tidy so food could be shared easily. Only bad part was that the sesame ice cream seems to have changed recipe. Not as nice as the old one

Fantastic food and fantastic experience. If you love Japanese food then this is your restaurant. Very loud though, you can’t talk to one another. But I’ll be back

Food was very tasty & service excellent. Conversations difficult due to closeness of tables and large number of people (it was Saturday night & and every table was full - the price you pay for good value food)

Returned for dinner after two weeks but booked the later session. Service was again exceptional and the food of excellent quality. Ordered similar items to last time which we all enjoyed and tried the eggplant which was delicious. Definitely worthy of a visit and good value. Only bad point is it is very noisy.

As usual, the service was fast, friendly and efficient. I took friends, who hadn't tried Japanese cuisine before and they were delighted! They even tried the ice creams!

The food is spectacularly delicious, staff are friendly & very quick with service. Great value for money. It can get a bit noisy with lots of people in the room. Otherwise, highly recommended if you want an amazing array of Japanese cuisine

Okami is amazing! always friendly, great value and good food

We came in with a group of 8 people of 2 families It is a buffet but the waitresses were upset as we ordered more than 2 dishes each time as the serve is quite small. They even tried to ignore our calls to order the drink. Such a unpleasant experience.

I have been to this venue many times and never had a bad experience, great food, excellent service and friendly staff, cosy setting but still amazing.

We had a great night. It’s the 5th time we have been. It does get a bit noisy but that’s just part of the bustle. Unless you have young kids which the 5.30pm suits the best time is 7.45pm you don’t have to leave for the next sitting. We have done both. The food is delicious, so fresh. We will be back we have more friends to bring.

All you can eat Japanese ala-carte style. Fast, fresh and delicious with great service. I highly recommend! Great atmosphere as well. This will not disappoint.

We went to early session and had excellent service. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Only when we were going home did we remember that we had ordered vegetables , but we were so full it didn’t matter. From previous reviews we thought you needed to order quickly so we did, but it may have been better to slow down and not have as many items at once. Would certainly go back again.

The food was great. No alcohol was available at the Frankston one so that was disappointing it would have been good to know that so we could have byo.

Food was good and staffs very friendly but some of the food we order was coming later then we expected, so we were order more then we wanted.

Amazing food and service, definitely be going back again!!! The beef carpaccio, sushi & sashimi platter and gyozas were super delish. Absolutely loved the black sesame and green tea ice creams 😊👍

Food, again, tasty and so much of it! Service was , as before, excellent. Okami is a well presented restaurant, in an easy to find location. I am happy to eat here again and recommend to anyone.

The food was very nice. The service was good however the restaurant was very noisy and crowded. I would give it another try and hopefully enjoy it more.

Freshest food and huge variety, kids loved it and plenty of it - great service - we will certainly be back and recommend this restaurant highly!

Food was fantastic, could not fault any of the food, staff were lovely. We had a great time. It was packed but would definitely go again.

Normally lovely food, but seems to have gone downhill. Some of the usual dishes we ordered were not very nice this time. Tempura was served last, although ordered first and the prawns were dry and inedible. Beef Teriyaki was tasteless and is usually very tasty. Such a shame.

food and service awesome just didnt agree paying for food waste charged $10 for food we couldn't eat even though we had already paid for it in our $32.50 corkage a bit pricey as they only bring you a glass.

As per usual Okami delivered top service and delicious food within its' bustling atmosphere. The location still doesn't have a liquor licence and noise levels boom throughout the restaurant, but that can be forgiven.

Great atmosphere and delicious food! Food was flavoursome and was quite quick to the plate. We will all be back again. We went with 16 adults and two children.

Fantastic as always. Never had a bad night here. Service was fantastic even when iPads went down for a few minutes. Food wonderful. Great restaurant

Food size seems to get smaller every time we go. There need some to be some sound changes as it's very noisy. Quality of food is still good
