Okami staffs alway give me the good service at all time also food still delicious.

Very noisy. Not able to talk across the table to people.

Very organized staff with quality food, we will return to Okami

Food was perfectly portioned, the staff were super friendly and happy to answer any questions. Food was hot and fresh, and came out quite quick.

I love this concept, food was amazing and extremely quick service. I never eat at “All you can eat” because I prefer quality over quantity but at Okami you can have both.

Fantastic value for money and a great place to take children but the best is the yummy food and great if you are watching what you eat.

Food was okay but not quality. Service was disappointing like the waitresses did really want to be there. Parking was bad. Got abused by the pizza owner when we left as had parked in their car spot but the sign to not park there is impossible to see

Very friendly staff and plenty of lovely food. Came out very full and happy. Only negative would be its gets a little noisy when it’s busy. Will definitely visit again

Not as good my previous visits. It took 20 minutes to get food and then over the next 10 minutes we only got 3 individual serves of food for a table of 5 of us. For a place that has an allocated time to eat in, it wasn't really good enough to have 3 serves in 30 minutes.

Very fast customer service and delicious food. Smaller portions this time but makes sense for less wastage

The food was great as always, some came out and wasn't very warm but was still ok. It can be hard to catch the wait staff's attention when it gets busy so wait times were a little long but that is to be expected at such a popular place. Will definitely return.

A great visit with friends to the Frankston restaurant. Great value for food. The noise in the restaurant can make it hard for conversations. Be careful on the floor, the atmosphere grease has coated the floor tiles, so very slippery.

Too many noisy babies and children. Everything is excellent though

This is one of those all you can eat places. Which means always the food is not good. It is, without a doubt, the worst Japanese food I have had. The tempura is "heavy" and tastes oily. The sushi rice tastes nothing like sushi rice. It is just boiled and falls away when you pick it up. The price should also tell you ($34) that it is underpriced for well prepared lovely tasting Japanese food. There will not be a second visit for me.

This is the first time we really enjoyed. Only approx 40 people so no noise distractions. Service excellent b back in a few weeks

The food is always great here and value for money!! The waitress wasn’t very friendly and some of our meals were missed. We’ll be back for the food, not the service
