We enjoyed our meal at Okami’s in Fairfield. I booked online for our party of five. Food was delicious and varied. The only concern for us was the noise level. It was difficult to have a normal conversation and hear each other. Perhaps s9me noise diffusing textiles would be helpful. Otherwise, great.

Unfortunately our dining experience was rather poor. It was extremely noisy, which understandably is not the venues fault. Our main quarry was the fact that we waited 45 minutes to receive only one of 5 dishes that we ordered. When we questioned where our food was, we were told that the ordering system was down. We felt that we should have been informed. After receiving our first dish it then took another 30 minutes before receiving a couple more dishes. We continued to ask about our order as it was drawing close to us needing to leave and every time was told “it’s coming now” Once speaking to the manager we finally had everything come out at once and by the time we made our way through some of the food, the untouched dishes were already cold. We left very unsatisfied and frustrated. No sure we will be visiting again.

As it was Valentine's day it was packed. The tables were very squished together and they seem to be short staffed. The food as always was amazing and the staff were lovely.

Great food and great value but we were sitting close to a large group of boisterous noisy rude ignorant people which made it impossible to talk. Manager did say he would move us to another table next time. Otherwise, fantastic place to eat.

I tried to advise we needed two more seats but the app wouldn’t let us. When we got there we were a bit crampy.
