Fantastic fantastic food, good price and very friendly staff too

It was wonderful, we had great food, ambiance and service.

Fast, friendly service. Not crowded. Food was good. Bottle shop next door.

I have been to several different Okami restaurants over the years, including Fairfield, and have always had a great experience. I know the menu well. Tonight's dinner at Fairfield was extremely disappointing. The food was not up to standard at all - very small portions of sushi/sashimi, greasy tempura, the 'tofu' in the agedashi tofu had no texture or flavour, the seafood salad was soggy rather than clean and fresh, etc. The service was just okay, but should have been more attentive. I will definitely not be returning.

Food was ok however staff were really rude. Will not be returning.

Haven’t been here for a while. Menu is definitely smaller. But the food here is always so fresh and tasty and tender. Loved it..👍

Food was hot and fresh, service was friendly but at times it took awhile to get service for more orders as it seems the staff either intentionaly go slow or not enough staff on.

Food quality is great. The ladies serving were lovely. However the gentleman running the bookings could have done with some personality. Not taking ownership for stuffing up our booking and having attitude to go with it, we did not feel welcomed at all. We only stayed because my guest wanted to eat there. If it hadn’t have been for the good food and other friendly staff, I would have walked out. If you book, I recommend you request the front of the restaurant where it’s pleasant. Otherwise they will shove you in the back all squashed up in a corner. They should take bookings more seriously.

The staff and service were lovely. Excellent value for money.

The food was fantastic. It's great having small serves so we could try lots of dishes Unfortunately they had sat most guests all in the front section, which meant it was Very noisy and we couldn't hear each other talk the back part of the restaurant was barely used. We will insist we sit in the back section next time. It's a great concept.

The restuarant was a little far for us but the food is always great and tge staff were very nice

They were ridiculously quick this time. It didn’t make for an enjoyable dinner.

The service can definitely improve. Looks like there was shortage of staff. THere was good wait time at entrance and then had too wait for food as well.

Service could have been better. Ordered a jug of lemon lime and bitters and we were given black plastic cups to drink it from. Asked for glasses but they didn't turn up.

The service was poor and it took too long for dishes to come out. Only had 7 dishes making it over $10 per dish absolute rip off considering we were there for over an hour and had to hair half an hour for dishes to come out, Would have loved to order more but didn’t have time to sit there for another 30 minutes to wait for food to come out

Fantastic food and service. Great value too. The seats could be more comfortable, they were hard to sit on but otherwise everything was great.

This was my favourite place to go too. Must be need owners. Food was terrible and had to asked 5 times where our food was. Never was like this in the past and will not return again.
