The wait staff were coming to our table to take orders regularly; however, the food was taking a while to be served. On a few occasions, we had ordered several dishes while we were still waiting for quite a while for our previously ordered dishes to arrive. This has never happened before so not sure whether there was a shortage of cooking staff on the night. We were fortunate enough to be seated in a relatively quiet area of the restaurant but it was quite noisey and loud in the other area.

Okami is always great and Epping Okami was no exception. Great tasting all you can eat quality japanese food. 100% recommend, especially if you haven't been.

The restaurant was a quarter full which was perfect. The food came out fast and was delicious and fresh. The waitresses was attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience. Definitely will came back for another Sunday family lunch.

We arrived early and the young girl who seated us was very good,explaining how we can’t order till 745 which was fine by us,,but then she came back to offer some sushi while we were waiting but we said no,,we would wait,,I wish I knew her name but all staff were friendly and well trained

First time we ate there. We had the $38 all you could eat. Lots of menu options. Friendly staff, food easy to order, food came out very promptly.

The staff were nice and welcoming, took us to a seat which fit out families needs as we had a Pram, very cramped however the food was amazing cannot fault this at all. Spectacular!

Restaurant is airways busy and packed - the food I find is okay compared with other franchisees (not sure why that is the case, given its all delivered frozen).

Just a bit slow for the food to come. Had to ask three different staff members!

I have ordered 7 lots of sushi & Sashimi platter, only 2 came and nothing after that. we had all of our other foods, but we all love the Sushi & Sashimi platter. that is a big turn off for me.
