Friendly staff worth the money and time spent there. Food is delicious

good food but try make sure you are seated in the back section where staff come around more.

Dining Okami Epping was pleasant experience. My son and I enjoyed it very much.

we are elderly and dont like the order via QR code, but we asked for personal service. Which was fantastic.

The food was great as always. We have been here a couple of times and enjoyed thr buffet. We always notice that if we have ordered a second tempura prawn and vegetables dish that never comes. Even yesterday the tempura prawn and vegetables second portion never came and also the second portion of soba noodles also didnt come, the steamed rice was very late although I know its pre made and ready to be served but this took a very long time to come. Even when we ask the staff they have no time to review our order and say its on the way or even say if order has not gone through. We cant see what has been ordered as well after the order is submitted.

Had to ask many times to have our orders taken. The price has increased and the quality of the food has decreased. We have eaten many times at Okami but unfortunately today’s experience was our worst.

Great booking and reservation confirmation. However we’re rush to leave and ordered our ice cream and did not have a chance to eat. A lady came to the table and took them away !!! All you can eat deal???
