Good food, nice place to eat. Kids friendly, and good service.

Orders took longer to arrive as sitting time progressed. Staff were friendly and efficient. Heating could have been better on such a cold Winter's night.

Food arrived a lot quicker than anticipated and was absolutely delicious! And staff were very friendly too!

We love Okami, it’s our favorite restaurant around. Great food every time. They have just introduced a scan and order system, works a lot better than waiting for a staff member to take your order. Only annoying thing is that you can’t see what’s been ordered once it’s placed and what you are still waiting on to be bought out. Otherwise, it’s great.

The food and service was great. The atmosphere was nice but there was a little bit too noisy.

They have changed their ordering system from wait staff to QR Code on your mobile so that took a bit of time to adjust to but once we worked it out it was fine. Food is always great and still have a lot of variety to choose from. Will definitely be back!

First time trying. A couple of dishes we ordered weren’t delivered, so we had to ask again. The dishes weren’t hot, lukewarm, but in saying that, what we had was tasty & we were all full by the time we finished. A little noisy with the kids there, but lunch time to be expected. Waitress was friendly.

Was good but not a fan of phone ordering I rather the workers did the order some of our dishes were misplaced and had to order again but over all very nice

Things have changed a little since we were last here. The introduction of a new QR code ordering system for example. I personally think for smaller groups, this is perfect. A bit harder for our group of 11. We did miss out on a few of the items that were ordered. The food we did receive was fantastic, hot and fresh or cold and fresh depending on what you ordered! Nothing has changed in the quality of food or service given by the Epping team. We all left extremely happy and full! I always look forward to our next Okami night!

The overall service was good. The food was palatable. The food were served conveniently and so was the clearing of the table. Enjoyed the dinner at Okami.

Disappointed with the overall food and service. The food was burnt and flavourless. The new ordering system and confusion amongst staff meant our food was being served multiple times to another table. When we brought this to the attention of the managing team member she rudly interrupted my wife explaning what was happening and told her "yeah yeah I know" without even waiting to listen to ALL the dishes they hadn't brought to our table BUT had marked off as delivered on their system. Waited 45mins to only be served 2 potatoe croquets and 2, 10cm sausages. Won't be going back, ever.

Our order was placed on another table, and we stayed for 20 minutes waiting food after raising the matter. Then other’s table order was accidentally placed on our table.

Food is always good. We were just unfortunate that they tried for the 1st time a new system for qr ordering. Wasn't working well. We waited for our food over 40 minutes. But the staff done well catching up and in the end I left full. It was their 1st night trying it so understandable.

The food is great, staffs are helpful. Easy to order and menu is also great for its price. The only downside is that the restaurant door is directly facing customer tables and when it opens cold air blows in which make the restaurant really cold.

Food service is always fast, takes a long time to get a drink. Some food wasn’t served as hot as usual as if it had been sitting there.

Was amazing from start to finish, from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Very friendly, accommodating. Easy to understand lots of food 🍱 🍚 🍣 very clean place. Always checking up on us.. so good all you can eat will go back again
