Friendly staff at Okami and delicious food but I think the tables are to close to other tables

Great booking and reservation confirmation. However we’re rush to leave and ordered our ice cream and did not have a chance to eat. A lady came to the table and took them away !!! All you can eat deal???

Absolutely dissatisfied..... I have previously eaten here and been more than happy however this time I would call the food disgusting. From overcooked rice and noodles to undercooked tempura prawns and vegetables. The beef in the undo noodle was unrecognizable simply a portion of fat not meat and I say a portion as it was one big hunk not pieces. Not to mention very poor service or more to the point no service as you need to place all orders via an app with bad Internet reception. I highly suggest no going to this restaurant at all you would receive better Japanese food in a shopping center food court.

It was very prompt and the servers were polite. So worth the price.

Food was good we had alot of missing order's.... and Service slowed down waited awhile for food to come then the Portions were getting smaller.... it will be awhile before we're back.

Staff not very friendly. When booking online I didn't tell that I needed a high chair. Arrived and got told sorry we gave you a table without option for high chair. a high chair would have perfectly fitted at the end of the table. Never again this place staff not very friendly

Food service time was greatly appreciated, but lost track of ordered items delivered or not no I do on that, Options are limited especially for buffets. Overall loved service and ambiance, happy to visit again in another 6 months, as don’t want to repeat same food again and again frequently.

Food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was prefect and clean staff where extremely helpful and couldn’t fault them, highly recommend and will definitely visit again

Very unorganised on arrival, some food never came out. Asked for cutlery and it never came. Food was good.

Went in to have a small meal with partner, ordered 3 items plus 2 drinks and the total came to $100. we were not told that it was a set price per head and not offered the al a carte section when we walked in.

the miso soup came towards the end of our meal. I did not know this is served as dessert at your place????

Food was delicious and even though they were very busy, the service was fantastic and fast!

We are regulars at this restaurant because of how much we love the staff here. They always go above and beyond every experience we have here. Only downfall: Reception is terrible here so when my toddler throws a tantrum because his iPad isn’t working, makes things a bit more anxious.

We are regular at Okami Epping, if not weekly fortnightly. The food is nice, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The place can be really loud and busy sometimes, nothing we can do about that really. However, I wish there is a loyalty program for being regular so we can have free meal at some point. Thank you Okami Epping.

We booked for 4 adults and arrived with 4 adults and a one year old child. The person at the front table told us off in a cranky face and voice “It’s 5 people, not 4. We have to put an extra chair for that baby so it’s 5 people. The booking is for 4” It really turned us off and we didn’t enjoy the meal anymore after being told off like that at the welcoming part.

Most of the orders that have been made the staff has deleted them or never brought them.

The qr system is horrible. Missing large quantities of food we had to continue to chase up with wait staff. We waited an hour for a lemonade for my child. We were there an hour and a half and half our order never arrived. Will not be going back anytime soon that’s for sure. So expensive and hardly got any good. Pretty horrible for all you can eat

We are regular customers. We don't like the new set up and found the food was lacking it's usual flavour and very limited amount of sauces on the steak!

Good food, busy environment, need more space, and food varieties

THe food was lovely but food we ordered didn't come out and some we ordered 2 of each and only got 1. Serves were very small for 6 people to share, this is why we ordered 2 of things. We have been here before and enjoyed not sure we will be going back

All is well it was great . Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish

Good restaurant but the food is average at best. It is far from authentic Japanese food.

The food is good as always however last night a lot of the food was cold, I’m not sure if they were short staffed but the food was left sitting on the bench for quite some time. Overall still a good experience just a bit disappointed in the food being cold.

Great food and was nice place to get together for birthday celebrations!
