First time here, food and service was awesome, just a quick mention of the service we got from Barbara (waitress) thx, and food was brought out quickly and great quality, will definitely be back

The service was great and the staff made sure that we are welcomed and set with our toddler. The toddler enjoyed the most in the restaurant

It was a wonderful dining Experience at okami. We often dine in Epping store. The service is Excellent and the price is reasonable . Definitely recommend this restaurant .

I asked for a quiet table with a view I got a table next to the toilet. There were Tables with views available. A table for 2 is very small and you find it difficult to find space to place your drinks and food, let alone eat in comfort. As an Asian food restaurant they should have some chilli sauce- I asked for chilli sauce and was given chilli mayo which was a bit sweet. Service was fast, but with very little personality- Just a case of ordering and placing the items on the table. The atmosphere was very loud I could hardly hear what the staff were asking me, in fact they got an order wrong due to the fact I was unable to hear what the service officer confirmed . I would not recommend Okami Restaurants with a view for value for money, while I give a thumbs up to the concept, pricing is a bit on the expensive side.

Service was great with frequent checks on our table if we needed anything. Food was tasty and plenty of it. Ambience was good although noisy at times.

Really enjoyed the food and service, it wa a little loud but comfortable

Food was not as good as it use to be. We have to return the noodles because it was not good at all. The tofu agedashi was bland because there's not much sauce which normally gives flavour to the tofu. The ice cream was not as authentic as it was .before. It is so commercialised now. Service was alright. The staff are quite good, trying their best to please the customer.

Okami is my favourite restaurant and every Time I’ve gone there has be the best time. My partner and I love going there together and having valentines there was amazing. The food they make is so delicious and I can never get enough of their food. The service was great and I had forgotten to write I’ll have a pram with us but they still let us in and made room for it and all the staff were nice and were very respectful. I eat a lot so I get a great variety of food and I’m always full when I leave and I don’t just have to have one meal I can try anything there not like others restaurant where you have to order one thing and that’s all you get there. You can order everything and try it all and that’s good for make some so undecided I’ve with food and not knowing what I’d like. So thank you to Okami Epping you always satisfy our visits

Food came out cold on three separate occasions . Our drinks took more than 25 mins to arrive . Worst experience ever with the food . Never coming back . Was like the three dishes we sent back came off some one else’s table like leftover mush . Absolutely sickening.

Food was great however, the service could have been better. We placed our order and after about 15mins, we asked where our food was and we were told it takes time. The second time we asked, again we were told it was coming. Again, we asked (now it had been 25min) and she said she would check. Eventually we received our order and were told that the kitchen lost our docket so it was never coming to begin with. Much prefer Carigieburn Okami. Never had issues there
