It was very noisy, however it was Mother’s Day. The experience overall was great, they were a little slow compared to the Greenbrough restaurant. But very friendly staff

Food was exceptional, service was fantastic, the longest wait for a dish was 5 minutes at most and everything was cooked fresh. Noise levels were up there, but I will be back with friends as soon as possible. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Also exceptional value for money for all you can eat. Norm.

Niddrie and Greensborough Okami were great. Cannot fault them. However Epping was slow with their Service. We waited 50 mins for our Sushi platter. By the time this had arrived we were almost full. Wont be going back there again

Slow service, food took forever to come. Smelt like poo for a while near the front entrance of restaurant

We had the worst experience in comparison to previous dine in at Okami Epping. We waited for our food to be served for too long. Although, they informed us that the wi-fi played up a bit. But not a valid reason to keep the customer wait for so long, yet serving the other customer who dine in and ordered later than us. Also, we have noticed that one staff was going around to checked every table if they have been served or ordered. However, ignored our us. We tried to get his attention but no luck. Yes, I am observant, hence, figure it out that he was trying to avoid our table. Although, most of the staff were very nice and apologetic with our experience. But that doesn't change the fact that we had to wait longer and starve the kids.

So much food. Comes out quickly. Drinks are slower to come out though. Very cheap for all you can eat & cheap alcohol too!

Second time, not so good, chicken carnage or whatever was more burnt batter no chicken. Dessert one scoop of ice cream, no cakes. A bit costly not much selection. Ideal for some!
