Okami - Dubbo

Haven’t been in a while, but overall amazing dining experience. Tabitha who waited in us was more the accommodative for my partner his mother and I. Looking forward to returning.

Very attentive staff and quick service. Good value and portion sizes were perfect.

Food was good however service really slowed down, after the first few orders we had to wait a while for any order that was put through and the delivery of the orders became very inconsistent. Food was great though

the Restaurant may be trying to cut on staff load by encouraging the customers order through QR code. I dont mean this in a negative way but they may trying to improve efficiency by making the staff work more in the kitchen and in serving. I am definitely going back to his restaurant.

Quiet night at Okami, we were greeted well. Taken to our seat, run through what options are available. Prompt service, food was ok, but not as fresh as it has been on previous visits. With the price increase, it’s definitely only an occasional visit to Okami

Always a great experience at Okami Dubbo. We arrived with 6 kids in tow and had a lovely meal with 6 kids (even the fussy ones) enjoying the great range of dishes. We are always in a hurry to get back and enjoy the atmosphere at Okami Dubbo. An asset to Dubbo

Food was delicious but there was a very long wait for dishes to come out and we received the wrong order several times.

We were one of the first ones there so we were able to enjoy our meal in a peaceful environment, especially with it being our first time going to a place like this. The food was great and the drinks were tasty. Definitely be back again.

Kids loved watching the Robot come out and deliver the trays of food! Restaurant was very busy but wait times weren't long.

Service of food was fast, I’m not a fan of ordering through QR codes, I like people. It is expensive for what you get, especially for children. The venue looks tired and needs a refresh. Staff failed to take away empty plates regularly.

This was our first Okami experience. The wait staff explained how to order the all you can eat and off the menu. Food and drinks arrived in good time. The delivery of food to the table was spread out and gave us time to eat so the table did not become over crowded.. Staff were friendly and approachable. Food was delicious! Definitely planning to return.

Milan and the team always provide the best service. They are always so friendly, polite and professional. They make all of our visits to Okami Dubbo, an absolute pleasure

What a wonderful culinary experience where staff and food come together to offer such a well presented night of enjoyment and satisfaction.
