Very nice experience. Great food. Wait time could be better.

As always, it's good food and great company. We always eat too much and have to be rolled out the door. Looking forward to our next trip!

Strong sewerage smell through the restaurant. Didn’t give us confidence! The dining area appears old and in need of a clean and refresh. Staff were helpful. Food was nice.

Great variety of food , promptly seated, and good service

Clean environment. Staff friendly and attentive. Extensive menu choices. Mostly Japanese but also Chinese dishes. Shumai were mini dimsim. Chicken wings dish was combination of wingettes and drumettes but both were quite tasty. Food brought promptly. Will definitely go again.

The waiting staff were hard to get their attention to get them to our table to make orders. We were a table of 13 and they would bring out 2 small serves of what we ordered, not 3 serves as requested. We had to continually ask/remind them what we were waiting on. We constantly had no food at the table due to waiting for food to arrive and make further orders. We made multiple attempts to order large amounts of food, only to have a few small plates brought to the table. Then we would have to remind them about what we ordered. The food was amazing, however if they are going to claim “all you can eat” then they need to deliver that. We had zero wastage but were treated like we had no right to order what we wanted

Great value for money "All You Can Eat" Japanese. The Takoyaki balls, Miso / Teriyaki Beef cubes, Chicken Wings and Green Tea icecream was the tables favourite.

Lots of people so very noisy, Because there were so many people our orders often didn't arrive, we were also a large group so the waiters would put the food up the top end of the table so the rest of the table often missed out. For the amount of people the staff managed as best they could. food is always good, lots of options. I think it would make a difference if there were more serving staff on very busy nights. Not a place to go to enjoy conversation, very hard to hear, too much noise.

Food was good and made fresh. We did have to follow up for a few items because they were missed in the orders. Overall good experience for all you can eat.

It was a 39 degree day outside and inside the restaurant, although initially it seemed cool as the time progressed it got very hot as though no AC was on. The lychee mojito I ordered was warm and I asked for ice, it came back slightly cooler with 2 small blocks of ice. Miso soup was tepid, most of the food that followed was ok, but I have been to other Okami restaurants of which the food was of higher quality and overall a far better experience. For the $ spent you can get a far better experience elsewhere. Overall 6/10.

My daughters favourite restaurant to eat at for her birthday. We surprised her and she loved eating here after watching a movie

Far too crowded. Extremely wobbly table with no apparent way to fix it. 20 minutes before order was taken. Had to serve ourselves water from the counter.

The service was good, food was OK but we felt it was very salty. All of us felt extremely thirsty when we got home.

The food was delicious but the drinks were terrible served at room temperature. It was a 33 deg day and mixed drinks not refrigerated. Also communication very difficult.

Have visited Okami at this location several times and always been happy with the staff ambience and food. Great value for money .. highly recommend a visit.

The service was delightful and the food exceptional. Much better Okami then Hoppers crossing restaurant.

The food as always was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and although it was a little noisy good it was still a great night. I took two work colleagues with me and they couldn't believe that the quality of the food was that good, especially being all you can eat!! This is and has been a regular of mine for a while now!!

Food was good and atmosphere as well. $40 per adult sounds reasonable.

Very noise with screaming kids and bowls of food thrown at will with no management apology to patrons. Not fully explaining ordering and pacing process of food. Food comes out too quickly which needs to be explained to new people visiting.

The food was good, staff were friendly but the venue needs work. The front facade looks like it’s about to fall off, the inside needs attention also and the nature strip hasn’t been mowed for some time. Walking into a venue like this does not give a good impression.

We have recently visited Okami restaurant in Doncaster East. The food was absolutely amazing and it was good value for money. The service was a bit slow as it was a busy night at the restaurant. The noise level was a bit much as the place was completely packed. I would certainly come back again in the near future. Would recommend it.
