Excellent quality for price and good service for what you pay.

Food was delicious but the app ordering system is confusing and not user friendly

Fast service, good portion of food, however the kimchi steak looked grey and not very palatable.

I come here every year to celebrate my birthday, which always satisfies the family. We all ate so much that we could hardly walk out the door. Looking forward to coming back here again soon!

The food was excellent. The waiter was very inexperience. Unclear in his briefing of "all you can eat procedure". Failed to pass on info to cashier that there were 3 adults and 1 senior. Bill for 4 adults had to be corrected.

The place looks like a dump. Prices have risen. Food quality has dropped. My last ever visit. Such a shame

Orders sent to kitchen was dismissed and forgotten. When ask why not all our food was not coming out, was aggressively yelled at by Manager "your food will come!". We waited 10 -15min each time a order was submitted to find some items was completely ignored.

Worst Okami I have been to! It was my son’s birthday request to go there for dinner and I left hungry and dissatisfied. The orders we put through didn’t go through we didn’t get much food delivered to our table even though we ordered correctly, I had to go up to the bar to ask for our food. Can’t say I will be visiting Doncaster east Okami ever again!

Okami Camberwell was great. The food was fresh and delicious.

The owner accused of sending the same order twice. We ended up eating the same order twice. Worst of all, there was no history of what order has been placed. I was so scared to make any other order worrying that I might get double orders again! Ironically, when we received only 1 serve when we ordered double serve.

Understaffed, chaotic. Poorly managed restaurant. Waited over an hour for our second dish and some never came. Lots of people having the same issue.

some ordered food is not coming for a buffet. not good

Ordered twice got 2 items of food waiting for almost 2 hours didn’t receive any of our dishes while everyone around us got served and still had to pay 100$ for food portions I could count on both hands!

ordering via QR codes made it easy. food was okay without being great.

THE MAIN ISSUE WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO USE OUR RESTAURANT DISCOUNT CARD ($50), WHICH IS THE SAME PROCEDURE AS EFTPOS, TO OFFSET THE COST AND PAY BALANCE WITH OUR DEBIT CARD BECAUSE THE STAFF SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT SPLIT THE BILL

the order took time due to crowded customer. we couldn't order much.

the room is spacious, however it is hard to catch staff to order.

My son’s choice for his birthday dinner. We usually go to Greensborough but thought we would try Doncaster! Amazing thank you!

What a fantastic restaurant. The food is fantastic and great pricing too. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was celebrating so it was happy noisy but we could still hear each other talk. Can't wait to come back!

Very under staffed. They did their best.It was New Year’s Eve. The food wasn’t hot which was disappointing. Cold food was good

great food as always. One of our favourite places to go.

It was a disappointing experience. It was assumed that we were there for the "all you can eat" meal but we wanted the a la carte menu. After taking time to make our selections, a waiter came to take our orders. He soon came back to say our selections were unavailable. We made different selections and were later told again that half of our choices were also unavailable. The a la carte menu was very limited as there were other items which were marked as unavailable aside from those that were unavailable but umarked. We had two waiters and neither appeared to know what was available. The food quality was unremarkable. The noise level was intolerable as as couldn't make any audible conversations there. That was our first visit there and also our last.

WE would come back but would like to be able to split the bill please. It makes it so much easier for customers to pay fr what they ate. Cheers

Service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for the simplest things like cutlery and bowls. They were slow, the QR code didn’t work then when it did it ordered 3 of everything. Won’t ever go back
