Good quality food, efficient service, would definitely go back again.

Cheap quality, you get what you pay for. Bad service

food is great, and value for money. Restaurant was not busy tonight but the wait time and the service was not good. One particular waitress was inattentive and we needed to get up and ask for some service. One more complaint was they kept bringing food to the table but didn't clear away the dirty dishes highly recommend the food ............

It was our second time there however, found the service a tad slower. It took 15 minutes upon seating until we were attended too and even then we had to grab their attention. Thank you.

It is the best Okami restaurant the layout is terrific has two areas one for smaller groups and one for larger groups so noise levels are great can talk to your friends without having to yell.giid is excellent and service is beyond believing they are fast and efficient l will be going back next week can’t wait

We understand it was busy being Valentine's day, but staff looked lost taking food to the wrong table and at time food was cold. Disappointed as we have been to other Okami and enjoyed it

Fresh seafood, food came out very hot. Delicious and such a good deal. Really enjoyed the miso steak, spring rolls and tempura seafood/vegetables. Service was very good.

Have visited three times before. Having great ecpectation took ovseas vistors to celebrate a birthday. The highlight was that they served three scoops of icecream with a candle for the birtday girl. For this we were delighted. Otherwise on this occassion we were six people and we were not satisfied as they were very slow and reluctant in serving the sushi and sashimi dishes. When they did come they were not a variety serving at all . This made as anxious and we were relunctant to order more. Also they made us wait 20 minutes for the icecream and we had to remind them twice. They were not generous with the icecream only serving us one small scoop each of only one variety. Not sure if we will go back again.

As usual the service was great. We had a special request and the staff were wonderful and Accommodating. We had visitors from interstate and the experience is Highly recommended.

It was generally good service. A complaint is the much smaller ice-cream serving than that served in the previous month. I guess the restaurant franchise owner is cutting down on costs, but the serving was a mini & half-scoopful. Secondly, the supposed teapotful of hot, boiled water arrived slightly warm. I guess the kitchen staff must have used the warm water straight from the tap.

The food is nice and well presented. We are really enjoy what we have ordered including dessert. Parking is easy as well. Highly recommended to a group that has more than 5 people so you can try more dishes.

We loved this experience. A good selection of Japanese food and no having to think about prices! We tried a few things we normally wouldn't have because it was all inclusive. We would have benefitted from a little more explanations when we got there.
