Okami - Craigieburn

It was a wonderful experience as we got to try a wide range of traditional Japanese dishes

Food comes really late. Our first order took an hour to come sushi and sashimi platter which was really annoying. I think Order comes late in Craigieburn as compared to other OKAMi restaurants.

A wonderful dinner with friends who don’t dine at this restaurant regularly like we do So enjoyed by all and will visit again and again

Food is always amazing! Prompt and friendly service. Return on a regular basis.

they were quick to come a take our order and delivery of the food was quickly and staff were polite in their delivery. Empty plates were taken away fast, overall my family enjoyed the evening

Good attention from waiting staff. Food quality very nice. Nice ambience, large space dining area. The only inconvenience was a really cold draft felt in the dining area across the entry. I'm a return customer at Okami Craigieburn.

Considering it’s Father’s Day yes it was busy but also the business would be aware was almost impossible to get service to order and with a hungry 2 year old made it more frustrating, when we finally got service during ordering we said can we please get mayo the response she gave us was “maybe” ?? Should have just answered no as we never got it. Food was nice been here many times and foods always good, service was just shocking tonight also took my toddler to the bathroom and it made me want to be sick with how disgusting those toilets where they look like they haven’t been cleaned in months with over full sanitary bins spilling out used pads, and the toilets so grotty everywhere was absolutely disgusting.

Been coming to okami for many years. Tonight very disappointed to the point of us walking out. Service was not good, our session started at 5:30 by 6:05 we had only received one item fried rice. The sushi platter we ordered sat on the counter for over 10 minutes. I don’t write bad reviews usually but you guys sent me this email to do a review. We asked to leave and the staff did let us leave thankfully as we weren’t comfortable eating there.

Service was subpar. Had to wait over 10 minutes every time we needed service from someone. Had to ask about when food was coming out due to the wait. No real coordination on FOH staff responsibilities (ie order taking, food running etc). Food was okay but service was average.

We really enjoyed the food and service was great. One of the guest was allergic to nuts and the menu was easy to follow with allergen list.

Only thing that was wrong was the stri fry beef had a bad taste to it, have had it plenty of times n this time has turned me off eating it again.

Food was lovely but it was very cramped and the server wasn’t overly friendly.

The food was nice and came out quickly but it was so noisy we couldn’t hear each other speak. The wait staff were banging the trays into the bins which were right behind our seats. Left with a massive headache and didn’t enjoy my night because of the noise.
