Okami - Chelsea Heights

Okami never disappoints. It has been favourite of ours especially our teenage boys. Menu is not overwhelming and everything is delicious. There is something for everyone. Our personal favourites are sushi-sashimi platters and miso or teriyaki steak. Chelsea Heights Okami has better layout than some others and while it does get crowded, you don't feel it like in some other places. It's clean with great facilities. Service is prompt and efficient. If you like Japanese food - can't go wrong here.

Seems to be better quality of food at this okami than others, service was good, noisy even when not full. I ask for a corner table to ease this.

Food is great, did have to call the waiter twice, but they were busy, noise level high unfortunately in a small area, hard to hear the guests you’re with..

It was just a little loud for our liking but the staff and food where amazing special shout out to Chloe we will definitely be back

Late sitting on Good Friday with very few in the restaurant. Our "normal" table was still occupyed from the first stiing bu the booth was just fine. Food - superb. Sake - just the right temperature. What's not to love!

We loved everything about this restaurant! All you can eat option which included starters, sashimi, sushi, sides, and even dessert. Staff is a bit short but they’re super kind and friendly. Thanks!

It’s an ‘all you can eat’ restaurant but the staff made us felt very uncomfortable when we ordered the food. She would constantly roll her eyes when we ordered more food …. and when we asked her to clean/remove the plates, she practically gawked at me and said ‘Just wait!’ Even the kids on our table said her attitude was bad. Not going to mention her name but she was a medium sized asian with a wavy ponytail just over shoulder length. You just ruined our dinner experience!

Clean, spacious window seatings. Service provided was good & attentive. Good family dining and value for money. Enough car spaces for parking.

the food was bland and every bite was not up to the expectations we paid 90$ for two people and still couldn’t fulfill my hunger

The food and service are amazing. Everything is served fresh and hot. There are so many choices of different food. The Staff are fast and efficient. Tables were cleared as soon as you had finished a serve. Frank is fantastic, so welcoming and obviously loves what he does!

Staff tried but long wait tines for food to be come to table. We even waited 45 mins for one dish. Dessert came before our last ordered dish. We left hungry due to long wait times

Great value for money. I wouldn't say it is very high quality, the red meat was quite tough (my husband didn't mind), but dumplings, sushi and other items were great! Service was pretty quick, and food came out fast. We will definitely go back !

Enjoyed the food n the service yesterday when we Celebrated my niece’s bday. The staff made it an enjoyable experience and even other customers joined in the fun!

Okay experience but noisy. And we were disappointed that the ice creams are served hard frozen in a little prepackaged Dixie cup. Must save them a lot, but it looks very cheap.

We were there before other people yet they were served and seated before us. Quite rude. The food was mostly good. I was tea looking forward to the steak and both servings were tough and chewy. A bit disappointed Because I love this place normally.
