Friendly staff , smile on their face when entering, welcoming us. Service was incredible, hardly any waiting time for courses to arrive. Love going there.

Food was great, they delivered them quick and good service.

Great Food price is very good value for money and the service was brilliant so helpful and efficient.

Amazing as always, fast, tasty, polite and the best okami.

As soon as our order was taken, some of the food came out and had been made awhile ago as it was cold.I sent one dish back and when it came back to us you could tell it had been put in the microwave and then not re-salted (edamame). The new version of chicken teriyaki is not great, don’t know why it needs to br covered in onion. The staff service was great!

Food was average and a dish ordered with others took 15 minutes to be served and had to keep reminding staff about the dish I didn't receive. Not worth the money, will not be going back again

Poor service don’t bring you water or offer cutlery and was unable to get waiters attention for assistance and got sick of waiting so ended up going and getting it myself just like the rest of the customers who were trying to get assistance let waitress drop the food and run away ignoring you

Love the food, a little busy which is good for them, but takes longer for orders.

I know that it gets very busy but we had to wait a while before our food came. One of the items we ordered came right away, but it's hard to eat your chicken katsu with no rice or anything to eat it with. Some of our food came at the end when we were practically done with our meal, and I had a difficult time trying to eat it all because I didn't want it to go to waste. I'm not blaming the servers or anyone because I know there may be factors as to why we waited quite a while for our food. I always enjoy eating at Okami's. This was probably the first time that my experience there was disappointing.

Sushi & sashimi in particular were amazing! Clean service and bathrooms. Would have been great for the ordering process to be explained as it was our first visit, but will be back & highly recommend.
