My friends and I had an amazing time and the food was next level

Amazingly tasty meal. We wish we were still in our twenty so we could eat more. All dishes we ordered are 10/10 yummy. Staff are very attentive. Car park easy access.

Terrible. The manager was rude and made a complain that we ran late just for 10 minutes. When the place wasn’t busy anway. There was still lots of tables Empty. Do of we ran 10 minutes late what’s the big deal. When I asked for another spoon the manager refused to get me one pretending to say you already have one. Well if my partner wants to eat and share is he gonna eat with the same spoon so ridiculous . The worst thing is the staff member said yes you can order three vanilla icecreams. So once we got the icecreams. The manager told me off. Excuse me not my fault if your staff member said I can have three vanillas. Then the worst thing is the manager confronted th staff member infront of us and told him off the poor thing. Why couldn’t he have a nice chat to him seperately than infront of the customers. That’s so unprofessional. Also the food was cooked differently. Don’t go to Chelsea heights, manager is rude and you’ll get bad service. Never will go back anymore. Manager Ned’s to learn about a thing or two about manners and treat his staff and customer with integrity and respect. :(

Cheap and cheerful! Service good and generally got it all right! Food selection great and good also to be able to bring your own wine. Good for families. Can get noisey but nice option if you want to eat early. We also celebrated a birthday there which was great as they had long tables.

Great food and service. Acoustics leaves a little something to be desired.

Tasty food however every serving was a different size some very small so we had to order multiple of the same things but they were still different sizes of the same dish. Very loud and the booth seats were very uncomfortable as the table was so far away

One of the best restaurants we have been too since moving to Melbourne over a year ago! Will definitely be back to one again soon

air con way barely working on a 35 degree day it was hard to enjoy the meal when we were using our menus as fans we will probably go to a different one next time

As always the food and staff were fantastic, one of the reasons we come back. It was a little noisy with two young families behind us but it wasn't too bad. Just glad my kids are adults now. Looking forward to our next visit.

Our seats were too hot along the Window and I asked to move to somewhere inside away from window and the manager said it's only 30mins left. I had two kids with me patiently eating in hot but couldn't stand the heat in the end. It was 37 degrees outside and inside was the same along the wall where you got direct sun!

Took too long for orders to come out, orders missed, sizes of orders suitable to smaller groups not enough for everyone on the table.

Favourite family restaurant. Great food, friendly service and family friendly. Always accomodating too.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Dishes came out promptly after ordering. Large selection of cooked food, sushi and sashimi. Loved the green tea ice cream.

Food was great, however ordering system went into melt down and we had delivered food which we didn’t order Was very noisy also Would go again though

We love Okami and it was excellent yet again except for the email advertisement we received during the week about a special dessert and we got there and it was not available and the staff didn't know about it 😭😭
