Okami - Chelsea Heights

Too loud, ordering process very confusing, pricing has gone up since our last visit, couldn't choose anywhere to sit. Waiter and waitress friendly enough. Used to be one of my favourite eats, but has gone downhill since then. We left before even ordering. Hope it gets better in the future

We were celebrating a birthday in a large group and were seated in a great spot away from others. Staff were attentive and efficient and food was delicious. Overall, a great experience and we'll be back again

I loved everything except for the noise. I understand it's marketed at families however, and this is not the restaurants fault, but I found it disturbingly noisy being next to a table of 2 families with their kids actually running around the table, nearly running in the hard working waiters, and intolerably screaming from the kids. I think that there should be a line drawn in the sand where a manager needs to ask the parents to contain their kids to the table and attempt to make an effort at least for sake of other patrons. Afterall, it is is McDonalds where you pay for a $5 burger and pretty much expect this behaviour from patrons so I do feel more care needs to be taken at Management level to do this. I would be reluctant to go again only because of this, those families were oblivious to their kids noise levels... but i saw many people there glancing over and shaking their heads too. Otherwise this would have been a perfect experience, I felt sorry for the waiters having to duck and weave around these terribly behaved kids.

Just a feedback please put NO sweet sauce on all of your food. Suggestions please keep it as a side sauce with the meals not on top of orders.

The service was an absolute mess. Food order and had to Jeep asking for it over and over. Waited 45 mins or more for some of the stuff we first ordered. Not good enough.

Lovely good, promptly served. Negative - Room was cold, no one explained the service sign until the end. Strong Bleech smell during end of meal as staff mopped floors

I understand for the profit of the business, you have to do that. Because overall the price is reasonable, but I hope the sushi will come with less rice. I am sorry to say that but the rice is a lot much more than normal sushi.
