Okami - Chelsea Heights

The food was amazing, but the service was slow. Getting wine glasses took forever and when they finally gave us glasses for our red wine, we were given champagne glasses! The kids drinks also took a long time.

The food was delicious however a lot of our food kept going to the wrong table. This was on valentines day and during a vsr6 busy period. Overall my partner and I enjoyed the food we ordered after speaking to staff. Staff were friendly. Will go back.

Most awesome restaurant, , great service and food as good as you would expect from Okami restaurants. Chelsea Heights is my favorite Okami restaurant. Hampton Okami needs a renovation and too many tables to tight and bad service not like Chelsea Heights flagship Okami

They need to get better on managing gluten free foods for coeliac patrons. While they advertised Gluten Free the wait staff lacked knowledge confidence around this. If you are coeliac ring ahead and talk to them.

Food was great but at times took a long time to come. It was also very loud in there but the staff were friendly and it was great value for money so we will definitely be back.

We ordered several items that we did not get, and then had to re-order more and not all these turned up. The food was fantastic, very fresh an tasty. The noise level was too much to have a conversation with people in our group. Only other issue was the finished plates were not taken away before next ones arrived and we had to offload these onto anotehr table. These issues are just learning curves and I'm sure they will be fixed so that you will have a smooth running fanitastic restuarant. Look forward to my next visit.

Okami was very good and delicious. I not sure if I will comeback though because I think it is a little bit pricey. The food was really good but the sashimi could be a little bit more fresh.

Little slow to get service at the start. But after we had ordered service was really good. The food was amazing. A little loud.

The food was superb and all 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed it. One thing I thought was slightly odd: this time, the staff only brought out one dish at a time. When I came about a month ago with my Aunty, they brought out 3-4 dishes at once. We would’ve liked to have had 2-3 dishes in one hit due to hunger and differing preferences.

Yum! We’re regulars at the Hampton Okami but this is our new favourite. It’s noisy but the vibe is great and the tables are well spaced out. The service is friendly and fast and the food is fantastic. We’ll be back ... lots ...

We were met with smiling faces taken to our seats straight away even though we were early ordered drinks while we waited for our other guests food was bought out almost immediately after we ordered and was very enjoyable altogether a very pleasant experience

Okami was great! I have previously been to the hampton one but the chelsea one held up to all of my expectations! Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great, it was overall just a great time! Will defiantly be going back soon!

As the restaurant is newly opened , I am prepared to give it another go in a few months , I have frequently visited the Okami in Hampton and have always been pleased . The food was excellent and the service was a little slow , but improved over the length of time we visited .

Okami is our families favourite restaurant. The miso steak is fantastic.

Too long to wait between orders. Selection of food limited. Rice ordered never came. Water not refilled. Very busy and seemed short staffed. Not worth the money, particularly for kids.

Good fresh food, fast and friendly service. Will be back.
