Okami - Chelsea Heights

Food was amazing as always, and service was great, although a couple of dishes were missed but we were probably too full to have them in the end.

Very delicious and very fast service. Would definitely go again.

We were sat near 2 tables with kids on iPads with the volume turned right up probably because the restaurant is loud but the restaurant noise is part of the experience. Should ban iPads

Longer wait times then normal could be quicker but loved how the did tuna sushimi aswell as salmon it was great we’re normally I don’t even get the tuna sushi

Pleasant customer service. Love how clean the restaurant is. We don’t feel hurried to eat our dinner. It was very relaxed atmosphere. Food was delivered fast. Serving was perfect for the table head count. Very fresh and delicious food. Definitely be back.

Value for money. Large range of quality food. Fresh sushi and sashimi. Green tea ice cream was an excellent way to end the meal.

Had all you can eat lunch on Sunday. We did enjoy the food, drink and atmosphere.

Food was below average, service was horrible as the waiter said we can only order a few dishes at a time, looking to see if we had finished the entire plate each time, it’s all you can eat restaurant. Food wasn’t fresh, the salmon sushi platter. Tiny potions were served, food was dry, no care factor given on a plate. We would never go there again. Been to other Okami restaurants before they were fantastic, food here at Chelsea heights wasn’t great at all, as a franchise it’s let the other restaurants down. Lucky we went to previous restaurant first or we would never try Okami restaurants again.

If you love Japanese cuisine you probably already know about Okami. If you are not sure, definitely do it the Okami way. You get to try all aspects of Japanese food - sushi/sushimi, tempura, rice dishes, noodles, pancakes, fried chicken, beef, vegetarian and tofu. Love something, get another serve (or three)

This is the best value, best variety, super tasty way to do Japanese cuisine. You get to try the raw food, the deep fried and the rice and noodle dishes for one price. And if you find your favourite, have 5 dishes of it! Yum! Every thing is freshly made (not sitting in warmers) and comes out very quickly. I think I am addicted to Okami
