Some of my orders never came. I have asked staff there a few times whether they had my order? There were times when all I’m doing is sitting there waiting. At the end, ice cream came after last order and I asked about my original order. They offered to bring it out then but does that mean I have to eat my ice cream and then go back to my savoury food? They were obviously in a rush to finish so I said not to worry. It’s disappointing

Very friendly staff, very attentive and food comes out quite fast. Good quality food for the value. Only thing I’d suggest is adding padding around the place to reduce the noise level. Very loud, as are all the other franchises.

A great selection of food. We were served promptly with a delicious array from their menu. Noise level was high.

Great service, I think a couple of my dishes were forgotten about but that wasn't an issue as it was easy to re order and waitresses were constantly checking in and were amazing

staff and food were brilliant, couldnt fault those 2 things but the place is very noisy. i think the partition wall needs to be closed in to help with the noise

Service was terrible had to wait excessively long time between food coming out. And had to ask multiple times where for food which was order. As we went to early session we did not get value for money. As we spent most of the time waiting for the food. And then had to rush out of there. Also some food that was meant to be hot was cold. And portion sizes were inconsistent with same dish.

Some items ordered didn’t arrive asked twice more before got. The noise level was absolutely terrible, so loud had to yell to place order and talk with others on our table. The staff were very friendly

We had a great time the staff are friendly and efficient, the food was fresh and came out quickly and the atmosphere was fun.

First visit to this new Okami in our local area..really impressed with size of the facilty compared to the others we have been to. Not as noisy and really well staffed. Food and service were great, will be our go to Okami from now on.

We really enjoyed our dinner. The staff were friendly but they all seemed very stressed and always in such a hurry. We will definitely return with a crew again soon.

The food is always great but they definitely need more staff. It took 20 minutes to be served after we were seated.

We love Okami, Chelsea Heights is one of the newest on the franchise and please to say it offers the same quality and service as the others we have visited. If you like a variety of Japanese, they offer it here.

Food was great, tasty & served so eloquently. The staff were always willing to serve us & always cleared our tables promptly.

Few teething problems... but for new restaurant nothing unforgivable. Would highly suggest better signposting entry to restaurant and investing in some sound dampening. Was almost impossible to hear on the night I was in attendance

Yummy food but very slow to receive some food items, some we got which wasn’t cooked properly and other tables (that ordered after us) were served their food before us, things were also forgotten. Not as good as Cranbourne.

Heaps of food, brilliant value for money. Make sure you go hungry....
