service compared to other Okami stores is poor, food not the same. Melton is the best so far

Our visit was okay. Could have been better. Food took too long to come out and was constantly given to the wrong table and we were given wrong food constantly too.

Fantastic service, very prompt and efficient. Food is super delicious and nowhere near expensive compared to anywhere else. Value for money is fantastic also

The food was yuck the chicken and steak had a boiled Taste to it and so dry and yucky. Other food wasn’t pleasant and we were pressured to eat it or paid for what was left if we didn’t eat it. As it was all you can eat for $40 but no waste or you would have to pay pre 200grs

Customer service was great, the food was fresh. The noise was too much, maybe overcrowded seating. The byo wine charge seemed expensive. Gel rushed as we didn't receive service 15 minutes after our booking and around 1 1/4 hours in was told that time was up.

there were no menu's on the taqble and staff were slow to attend to us. Once the order was placed the food service was excellent.

Staff were amazingly friendly, food was delicious and a wide variety, noise elvels were a bit high next to us was a big family with lots of children but I can't blame them fo bringing their kids

Exceptional service and food is delicious. Beef carpaccio is my favourite- soo tender and a mouthful of flavour as are all dishes- just yum!

Staff seemed rushed and not that attentive, they started cleaning the kitchen towards the end of service before closing and the smell of cleaning product like bleach was overpowering to the point we finished up and left
