Have dined at Okami a few times and every experience is different. This visit was at the earlier session so the place was not super packed, hence service was good and our orders all came in a timely matter.

Great food, average service. Staff walk around the collect empty plates often, however getting a food order taken is near impossible. Found it very difficult to get their attention as many would ignore us. I found it to be the same with other tables as well. Not sure if it was just the staff at this location or that the store simply wants you to order as little as possible. Otherwise the food was great and very well presented, wish we could have ordered more to try.

It was my husbands birthday in which I mentioned in the booking. We were stuck near the window view was ok but squashed next to the family sitting next to us We had to talk loud due to the kids yelling. We had to wait a bit for the cutlery we asked for. Disappointed on dessert as we were advised 1 ice cream per person yet the family next to us had 2 or 3 serves per person. The staff were nice and pleasant We will come again but hopefully not so squashed where we get seated.

Nice &Clean place.. Good food, Friendly Staff . But I don’t like the Surcharge for Public holiday. Pay Extra 15% .

Food was great as always. Only improvement I could make was to have some light music in the background - as we were there for an early sitting it was a bit quiet and could improve the atmosphere.

I love Caroline Springs Okami, food is always a 10/10 and the service is always a 10/10. Special shout out to a couple of the female workers there - I never grabbed their name out of the many times I was there but they are a main reason I go due to their service and humour. I hope you guys know who you are.

It was a very quick service and friendly staff. Consistently good experience

We tried a different branch this time being the second closest from our home. The restaurant is not as busy at the time we came in for our booking. With that, our orders are coming out quicker than any other locations that we visited before. The food tastes very good and the portions are really generous. Staff are the best. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

It was our first visit to your restaurant and we both really enjoyed our visit and we will definitely be back again the staff were fantastic

We were making small orders to not waste food, Staff were not coming back to take orders for over 1/2 hour, several items ordered never arrived before we had to leave so we ended up stopping elsewhere on the way to get food after an “all you can eat”

I love all-you-can-eat, but during my recent visit, many of the food we ordered never came. Despite repeatedly telling the staff, they were unhelpful.

The food was amazing. My favourite is the beef carpaccio. Service was super quick and always friendly.

The food and service was great. We paid extra because it was a public holiday and we had to pay extra when we were leaving because there was a little left over food. This disappointed me very much as this is supposed be an eat all you want restaurant. This was the first time l went to Caroline Springs OKAMI. I will not be going again.

They forgot half of our food in the all you can eat, we ended up just leaving because they never came. Then our car got stuck in the rooftop parking because it shut at 7:30 and we booked for 7.
