Okami - Caroline Springs

My first time there and thoroughly enjoyed it..already planning to go back

They serve old rotten Sushi 🍣 made our tummy hurt never going back anymore

Food was very nice and came frequently so no issues there. Unfortunately the atmosphere was tarnished due to a group of individuals seated behind us that were very loud and noisy. The staff should have addressed this.

It' always fantastic. I will visit here again soon. My kids love this place as well.

The concept is great and the value is good as well. Caroline Springs is a smaller, more cramped venue and the squid and miso beef were not as good as Hoppers Crossing. We had to chase some of our orders but overall it was still a good value, tasty meal.

Instead of asking the customers to put the food on the table or leaving it on the side of the table, the waiters/waitresses should take a few seconds to slowly put the food down in the middle of the table. That's a way to improve the service in the area and impress the customers for its reputation.

Good dinner. Was a very enjoyable evening. Will go again.

I love more at OKAMI melton south..they are updated system..me and my husband really appreciated for their good service for the customers..foods are fresh and taste more good and juicy at okami melton south than okami caroline spring.

Service was slow, staff not friendly, tried to charge us for our 3 year old after we said be was 3, had to ask to order food no one came to service us. Will not be attending again

The food was okay and came out fast. Service was poor, multiple times we received the wrong order and they were rushing us to order and then leave only 1 hour after we arrived. The bathrooms and restaurant were very dirty. Wouldn’t visit this location again.

Very good service from the staff and over all experience

Waitresses were very attentive, food was of high quality and value for an all you can eat venue. We went at 5:30pm so the service was very prompt. Great place for dinner, would recommend.
