Good service and friendly staff. However when I pay the lady (cashier) was a bit cranky.

Beautiful food, prompt friendly service. I will be definitely returning.

Food was delicious, Service at the beginning was great, we were sat in a back corner and as the night went on we had to ask where the rest of the entrees were as it had been over an hour.. felt like we had been forgotten about. No one would come past to ask if we were ok for drinks etc.

I the fist time came here. I don’t know address.. maps iPhone wrong . I called for restaurant to 30 times but no people pick up . I must called for okami in Sunbury and footcray to help . Am not happy . I hope that the customer service better. Thanks!

Disappointing ! We tried to order ice cream around 9pm only to be told that we already ordered our last order. No one told us that our previous order was already the last order. Session 745pm can only order from 745pm to 859pm by the looks of it. I'm disappointed especially my kids.

The food is Amazing but the service is terrible. Any restaurant should treat everyone equally,because we live in multiculturally diverse environment. The waiter and waitress were very raciest. We arrived there according to our booking time. We had been ready to order our food but they just ignoring us as if we didn't even exist. They served people next to our seat although they come after us. We waited more than 20 minutes to ordered our food. At last on men took our orders on piece of paper,another 20 minutes wait no food came. Another waiter come to take our orders, we said we already ordered8 we are waiting our food. He said the orders wasn't go through, so we have to order again, we were very close to left the restaurant but we were with our kids, they didn't understand what is going on. Finally we have ordered then served. At least we were happy with the test of the food. Especially the waitress needs to learn how to respect and serve costomer regarless of their colour
