Every dish exceeded our expectations AAAAA++++ Perfect for our family of five

Food is nice as always, unfortunately not enough wait staff, food very slow coming out and drink sat on bar for a couple of minutes until I had to ask for our drinks. Rubbish on floor near bar area

Service today was a bit poor didn't receive 3 items we ordered bit disappointed

Poor service and all the food came out at the same time, despite having ordered entrees and then mains. Food itself was okay but not fantastic.

Great selection of food and drinks for all you can eat Japanese.

Fast and friendly. Hot foods are yummy. Sushi experience was 👎🏻 though.

We enjoyed the food, it was served quite quickly. However we found the service staff to be a little slow, to place an order was difficult. This could be due to the long weekend, however it was not that busy and we were charged an extra 15 percent which we expected, possibly could have had another staff member on to accommodate service.

Place was full with diners but service was still good.

Reserved a table online- had to wait 15 minutes as there was a double up and it was the system didn’t recognise our reservations. Ordered food, came out one by one which was ok but then to order anything more than, the staff ignore you. The waiters are not nice/I felt like I shouldn’t be asking to order anything else- and the food was below average except for the sushi. All round not a good experience and we won’t be going back. If the service was more accommodating and happy than It would have been ok.

This was our 4th visit and we have previously had great experiences. It was really not great tonight. The food was not hot, we waited ages for certain dishes, meso soup as an example. We had to ask a few times before it was bought out. It was extremely busy and appeared to be understaffed. There were so many tables jammed in you could barely get to the bathroom without bumping into peoples chairs

Everything was lovely. I would like to see the restaurant waive the byo charge or lessen it. $10 is expensive!

It was a birthday lunch and we were a group of 8. We ordered our dishes but waited for half an hour before any food or drinks were served even though others who were there after us were served first. The food was average.

The food was excellent. It was the 1st time my family had eaten Japanese food. Everyone enjoyed it even my 2 year old grandson. I would definitely come back again. Only criticism is when we finished with one meal the plates weren’t cleared away the more we ordered the more the plates stacked up.

1/2 the food didn’t come. Service was poor. Never again

Very nice food display was aesthetic and the streaks were really well cooked. majority of service was fast but some foods took a bit too long.

First time at the restaurant and we were extremely impressed with the staff, food and price.

For a super busy restaurant, the food is pumped out quickly. We were the second sitting, so it did take a little while to get seated, as the groups in the early sitting went over their 2 hour limit. So this is something early diners should remember - if you’re eating at 6pm, you’ll be exited by 8pm. The restaurant is open until 11pm, so that later time slot means you can stay until close. The drinks tend to take a little while - generally slower than the food, but worth the wait!

Service could be better and a tad slow. There’s should be a waiter for every 2 tables so food comes continuously. Overall, nice food. Thankyou

First time dining here. Party of 4. We were seated as we reserved a table. Then we were left there for a good 15minutes and not attended to. We finally were served. It was very busy with limited staff. Ordered drinks and food. Very delayed in drinks and food. Overall the food was great in quality and quantity as you can keep ordering as much as you like as we chose the all you can eat option. We would go again but maybe not in peak hour at 6.30pm. It later died down around 7.30 - 8pm.

Food was okay. It wasn't as tasty as it was a few months ago. One of the servers was confusing too. We were asking for 4 servings of fried rice each and he kept saying it will just be 1 serving divided by 4 no matter what.

We go to Okami Camden for all our family celebrations! Love it everytime. Each time we experience the best service.All staff are friendly and attentive. I enjoy the oppourtunity to try the same favourite menu itmes as well as new choices. Thank you !

Plenty of food with a large variety. Amazing staff that were very helpful and efficient.

Slow service today and no drinks for 40mins. No repeat drink orders. Even asked to move our entire table over due to poor space planning. Not sure if I would go again

We’ve always had an enjoyable experience here and the food is always great however they’ve seemed to be understaffed the last 2 visits which results in long wait times.
