New owners. So much better. Excellent service and food was fresh and yummy 😋 Definitely be back.

Love the new addition of the QR much quicker to request next dishes, however would like to see servers still to come around and check up on things. As the table still preferred to ask for drinks via server. Would also like to see a bit more sound proofing from the kitchen or wall as the smell of fresh fish was woofing to our table.

I love this place..my first time here and me and my mate loved it...everything was perfect. ..I will be back next time and I am definitely leaving space for dessert next time lol...thanks team amazing food and atmosphere 10/10

My 2nd visit to Okami, the first being in Cronulla. Went on a busy saturday evening. The food was the same delicious standard and I had no trouble getting full! I did have to wait a considerable time for my last dish to arrive although that is to be expected when the venue is full. Minor nuisance I had was that I cannot see what dishes I have ordered, so our table got some duplicates. 8/10 service, 10/10 food.

Food was great but not as great as usual. The stir fired beef udon and mixed vegetables were super salty. The yakiniku beef and the seaweed salad were too sweet. Chefs need to pay attention to seasoning.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The taste is authentic Japanese surprisingly!

The app was not very user friendly. Every time you confirm 1 order it navigates out and back to the main screen and you have to go through the whole screen again.

The food was good, the service was good, but I didn't like the app to order our food. And I ordered more than we wanted or could eat and I felt terrible.

Service was unfortunately quite poor with delays of 30 minutes and sometimes greater between dishes. Yakiniku beef was also delayed and then served cold. Other Okami restaurants have performed to much higher standards

The gentleman serving our table was fantastic, very personable and helpful. The new ordering system is good. The food was mediocre, nowhere near as good as it has been in the past. The sushi fell apart as if the rice wasn't fresh and the yakiniku beef was not sliced to serve or cooked properly. These are usually their best dishes so it was disappointing to see them prepared with so little effort. The person who appeared to be the manager was too busy arguing with one of the staff in the bar to raise this with directly. We have been many times but after tonight I'm not sure we'll be back.

This was our 4th visit to Camden Okami. Food & wait staff were good. Service was slower this time as they now use QR code to order food and have cut back on staff so they are run off their feet trying to serve everyone. Much preferred how it used to be where you can view printed menu with photos and staff can serve you quicker

Food was high quality I’d like to see more variety and consistency on what was ordered Ordered squid many times and it finally came out Also can’t tell us last orders when there was 1/2 hr to go and the food started coming out slowly
