Great place great food brilliant staff highlight recommend to everyone

What an amazing time we had, food was absolutely delicious, so much variety always hot. The staff were so good and service was incredible. Would highly recommended this restaurant

The sushi was served with an excessive amount of rice, which was hard and cold. The portions of the cooked tuna were unbalanced, with very little tuna compared to a large amount of rice. The sashimi slices were also very small. The service was okay.

Service was slow took 15 mins just get a code for us to order. Food was super slow Waited 20 mins to pay and when the manager came to make us pay he tried to make us wait longer and then proceeded with attitude. Very bad experience

Food was delicious but wait times was a bit long. We waited nearly 45 mins for some dishes but it was still very nice.

Amazing customer service, very attentive. Preferred the old style ordering off the physical menu, the new online ordering was clunky and slow. Would not return with a large group with online ordering.

I understand it was Father's Day and it may have been busier than normal however we have been to the Penrith location with family twice in a larger group (13 people instead of the 6 tonight) and the service was way better than tonight. We were disappointed with the food waiting times to come out and how it comes out. You place and order for all different foods from the menu and they come out one at a time randomly. So the same item ordered for all different tables will come out and be sent to the tables instead of someones order being ready all together so you can all eat together We were very disappointed with the service and unfortunately won't be back

Steam rice did not taste good. Overcooked or it was a day old.

Always an enjoyable meal with great service and atmosphere. Easy to order via your phone and they bring out what you ordered. No kore waiting for someone to come to your table.

Sushi platters took a bit longer than usual due to a new chef from what we were told, but got there in the end and everything was amazingly fresh and delicious.

Food serving size was considerably smaller and the waiting times was longer than usual. Food quality is good as usual but we feel like we didn't get our moneys worth because of the long wait times and the small portions.

restaurant tables are cramped and too close together, we were a table of five put on a table for four with an extra chair so could have been better with a bigger table

Dinner was great. Loved the food but I know now to definitely not book around the late evening as it gets very busy.

Waiting for the food along time and some didn't come out at all. The service is terrible and ended up leaving. Not value for money and wasted our time.

We went for my sons 18th birthday and they were very accommodating for our group of 23.The wait staff were fantastic and looked after everyone.Would definitely go again everyone enjoyed themselves.Thanks guys

food was horrible, katsu tasted like woolworths frozen chicken, sashimi was warm, wasabi was rubbery

Great variety of food. Using the QR code makes ordering much easier. A couple of our dishes got lost a couple of times, but they made up for it by bringing out double the amount when we queried it. Overall a great experience!
